1963 jeep wagoneer.
First year for the full size wagon body and hard to find gladiator grill in the front. This jeep is sitting on an updated frame ( titled as a 69 but have OG 63 willys tag) with power steering, the later dual circuit power break setup and 4/11 gears.
Here is a quick list of more updates and mods:
Chevy 350 engine, HEI, 4brl carb, and a turbo 350 automatic with transfer case.
The shifter is a B&M rachet.
I've installed a 4" spring lift from BJ off road and a 3" body lift and new rancho shocks.
The tires are new 35" s BFG all terrains on 15" chrome rims with a spare 35" mud terrain on a steel rim.
The jeep also has a brand new NOS speedo cluster and new painless wiring harness.
New radiator, electric fan and new tranny cooler.
Cut and replaced floors and also rhino lined the interior.

The list of things that need finished is short. This jeep is a driver and is currently tagged insured and can be taken for test drives if funds are in hand.

2014 Jeep Cherokee will keep Liberty designation in China... sort of

Wed, 17 Apr 2013

Chinese buyers will get their first live look at the 2014 Jeep Cherokee during the Shanghai Motor Show, but CarNewsChina is reporting that it will go by a different name - Ziyou Guan, which translates to "Liberty Light." The article states that our Jeep Liberty was never sold in China, but the iconic XJ Cherokee was sold and produced there as the Qinuoji (a phonetic translation of Cherokee).
The new Jeep Liberty Light will be built alongside the Fiat Viaggio (China's Fiat-badged version of the Dodge Dart) at the Guangzhou-Fiat plant, and the two models will share the same powertrains: a 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder base engine paired to a five-speed manual or a dual-clutch transmission and a 2.4-liter four-cylinder (the base engine for the US-spec 2014 Cherokee) as an optional engine. It doesn't sound like the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 will be offered in China.
We'll be on hand when the new Jeep debuts in Shanghai, so stay tuned to Autoblog this Friday night and Saturday for our live coverage of the show.

Jeep follows up Super Bowl spot with call to help the USO

Tue, 05 Feb 2013

Once again, Chrysler had one of the most talked about Super Bowl commercials with its two-minute Whole Again Jeep spot, which was used to highlight its Operation SAFE Return program for US military personnel returning home from active duty. As part of this campaign, Jeep announced today that it will be donating up to $300,000 to the United Services Organizations (USO), and you can help.
Simply tweet using the #joinOSR hashtag on Twitter, visit the Yahoo! homepage or go to the Jeep Operation SAFE Return website, and Jeep will donate $1 to a fund that provides returning troops things like employment assistance and incentives to buy new vehicles. Jeep is also donating to this charity to the tune of $250 for each Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited (including the Freedom Edition model) and Jeep Patriot Freedom Edition model sold.
