You are looking at a great looking sport V8 luxury automobile, one of the finest series that Jaguar makes. This car says a lot about its owner, and has been renowned in the world as a symbol of prestige and class, as well as having great performance.

It's been very well kept and serviced. It's a great looking silver color and combined with off white leather interior makes it look great!

Judging by the miles and the condition of the car, it has been mostly used on the highway and it has also been garage kept!

There are no reported manufacturer's defects on this vehicle. A never-smoked-in before beauty that looks great and smells clean.

The engine is an exceptional V8 4.0L - one of the most powerful in the segment - runs strong and smooth provides the power you have come to expect from a Jaguar. The engine compartment is clean, and free of any leaks.

As you can judge for yourself from the pictures - the interior is clean and extensive wood trim adds a true luxury touch.

All the electrical options appear to be in working order.

This Jaguar is equipped with a dual-zone climate control system and the AC blows ice-cold. The passengers at the back can also control and direct airflow. Heated seats are all around -- with the front and rear both having heated seats. And there are 14 adjustable power controls including lumbar support for both driver and passenger seats and 2 memory settings so that different drivers can feel comfortably in the same car or for different sitting positions according to the driving environment you face - relaxed for highway cruising, or more hands on for a bit of sport driving. Also comes with speed sensing steering, which makes it easy to navigate through parking lots.

Extra comfort comes from lumbar support for the driver's seat. As well as a steering wheel that slides into your defined position after you sit in the car. The steering wheel has control buttons for most everything so you don't have to take your eyes off the road. Also has the auto dimming rear view mirror to cope with those who get close behind you, and blind you with their headlights - for a more relaxed evening or night driving experience!

The power locks, windows, seats and moon roof (and all the other electrical features) all work and are in excellent condition, and it is also one of the first models that came with projector lights, that are still missing from most modern cars.

As seen in the pictures the rims look new, with fresh looking finish while the tires have plenty of tread left.

Not many of those V8 Jaguars were made for the US, this is your chance to own a truly unique luxurious sedan painted in luxury silver that stands out. It's obviously been garage kept, and is in great condition.

Jaguar Land Rover building new Special Vehicle Operations facility

Sun, 17 Aug 2014

It's only been a couple of months since Jaguar Land Rover announced the formation of its new Special Operations division, and we've already seen a number of vehicles to come out of it. But now the British automaker has announced a new facility that will house its elite skunkworks department.
Set to be built at Prologis Park in Ryton, England, on the outskirts of Coventry, the new Special Vehicle Operations Technical Centre will encompass dedicated production lines, F1-style flexible workshops, a dedicated paint studio and VIP suite for commissioning bespoke projects. JLR will spend some $33 million on the facility that will be home to 150 specialists - 100 of them being new hires.
The first project which the Special Operations division is working on is the F-Type Project 7, but we've already seen more projects in the pipeline - including the upcoming Range Rover Sport SVR - and you can bet there'll be more. The revival of the Lightweight E-Type also falls under Special Operations, but is undertaken by the Jaguar Heritage department located nearby at Browns Lane.

50th Anniversary Porsche 911 vs. Jaguar F-Type Coupe is a battle of beauty, brawn

Fri, 13 Jun 2014

There can't really be a loser between the Jaguar F-Type Coupe R and the Porsche 911 50th Anniversary Edition. One might be better than the other, but if you're behind the wheel of either of them, you can't complain. In a new video, Motor Trend takes on the difficult task of determining which one of these European powerhouses is the best, not just in terms of raw performance, but also how they actually feel to drive.
The Porsche 911 is one of the perennial favorites of the motoring world. It just doesn't go away and always seems capable of challenging the top vehicles in its class. In this video, Motor Trend takes a look at the 50th Anniversary Edition model that celebrates that heritage while boosting power somewhat over the standard version.
The F-Type Coupe is an incredibly masculine car, MT describing it as "a British Corvette." The coupe's exterior lines are tautly stretched over its athletic body, and it's supercharged 5.0-liter V8 sounds like a demon's growl. Jaguar seems to have things right with its latest sports car.

Jaguar F-Type greets US, shows off range of personalization

Thu, 29 Nov 2012

While the debut of the XFR-S is likely fresh on everyone's minds and browser windows, the other big story of late at Jaguar is the F-Type coupe and convertible. Originally unveiled in Paris, the LA show was the first opportunity that the sub-XK performance machine will be seen Stateside. However, it was not just the same news that we first heard in Paris, as Jaguar used LA to showcase its newly available "Black" design pack.
This styling package includes gloss black finishes for the grill surround, side vents, a flat-bottomed sport steering wheel, gloss black interior touches, and instrument panel rings. This package is available with Ultimate Black, Polaris White, Italian Racing Red, Rhodium Silver, Grey and Firesand (seen above) body colors.
The Black pack can be had on either the 3.0-liter supercharged V6 model, or the 5.0-liter supercharged V8 version. Specific additional "Black" tweaks are available based on which derivative you select. Specifically, a gloss-black rear valence is a V6-only modification.
