1961 INTERNATIONAL SCOUT 80    This is a Northwest truck that was owned by a gentleman in Humptulips Washington for over 30 years.  He said that he bought it from a man in central Oregon.  The second owner restored the truck, doing a frame-off restoration that shows genuine craftmanship and attention to detail.    There is no rust on the body, bed or floorboards and the hardware is stainless steel where it counts.  The differentials were gone through and the engine is the original 4 cylinder with a 3 speed manual shift.    There are brand new STA Super Traxion tires on powder coated 16" original style International rims.  Everything works, and it's hard to find any area on the truck that is not in top condition.    The truck runs and drives like new with the 4X4 operating like it should and all controls function properly.    The suspension could be painted or undercoated, but that's up to the next owner.    You can spend a lot of money trying to make $6,000 or so Scout look like this.  If you've been looking for a pristine example of an original older Scout...this is it.
