Description

Up for sale is a gorgeous 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited luxury sedan equipped with a strong yet fuel efficient 2.4L engine and Automatic transmission with manual shift option. This Hyundai has just 22k original miles on the clock and it looks, runs and drives LIKE NEW! We have recently purchased the car from an insurance company with fresh water damage announcement. When we got the car, there were NO signs of water inside! Someone drove through a puddle of water, so the motor sucked in some water and got stuck.

We have professionally installed a new motor with about the same mileage on it and 3 month warranty (have receipt). We have carefully inspected the vehicle and flushed fluids to make sure there is no water there. We have also checked the wiring and connectors, professionally detailed the interior and installed a brand new battery. The car runs and drives GREAT with no problems. Engine, transmission and all electrical components including power seat, heated seats, blower motor, power windows etc. work fine. The interior is extra clean with no rips or odors of any kind, still smells LIKE NEW! This is a NON-smoker vehicle. All tires are still in great shape.

This Hyundai is loaded with a gorgeous Tan Leather interior, Keyless Entry, Power Seat, Heated Front and Rear Seats, Dual Climate Control, Push-Button Start, Bluetooth, Power Windows, Locks and Mirrors, Cruise Control, AUX, iPod and USB connections, Fog Lights, Sun/Moonroof, Factory 17" Alloy Wheels, Multi- Steering Wheel, XM Radio, 6CD-changer with Mp3 and much more! The car comes with NY salvage certificate. You should be able to register it in any state after you pass the inspection. Please inquire about a salvage vehicle registration process at your local DMV to avoid potential problems. We can pass NY salvage inspection for you and get a rebuilt title, please inquire about the details if interested.

This Hyundai Sonata runs and drives great, engine and transmission work 100%. There are NO leaks or noises of any kind, NO warning lights on the dash, NO stories! If you've been looking for a stylish low mileage reliable ride that won't break your bank - this is it! We try to describe our cars as accurately as possible, but please remember they are used cars and therefore are not perfect. We cannot describe every small detail, so if you have any specific questions please ask them before bidding. We cannot guarantee the condition of wearable and routine maintenance items - tires, brakes, rotors etc. - please take it into account and bid accordingly.

Here is your chance to own this stylish low mileage Hyundai Sonata and SAVE THOUSANDS off retail! Remember, you drive the car - not the title! We ship anywhere in the world and have great rates on shipping within the US! Please inquire about the rates prior to bidding. We can also pick you up from JFK or LGA airports FREE of charge. 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe probed by NHTSA over axle failure

Wed, 10 Jul 2013

According to Reuters, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has launched a preliminary evaluation of the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe after receiving two complaints of broken front axles on vehicles with fewer than 5,000 miles on their odometers. Naturally, a broken axle could result in the loss of control of the vehicle, especially if it occurs at high speed. It's not immediately clear if the investigation centers on the five-seat Sport, the seven-seat model or both.
No actual recall has yet been issued, and "no safety defect has been identified," according to a statement Hyundai released to Reuters, which added, "Hyundai will, of course, take any actions necessary to ensure the safety of our customers if the information gathered during the investigation indicates that action is appropriate."
We suppose you could sum up the report this way: 2013 Santa Fe owners, stay tuned.

Hyundai and Kia recalling 1.6M more models for faulty brake switch

Wed, 03 Apr 2013

In what is likely the largest recall campaign for Hyundai and Kia, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced a recall of more than 1.6 million models due to a faulty brake switch. This is in addition to almost 700,000 Hyundai and Kia models recalled for the same problem back in 2009.
In more than 620,000 Kia models and 1 million Hyundai products for the 2007 through 2011 model years, the brake switch could malfunction causing the brake lights to not illuminate, which could lead to accident. Other possible issues with a faulty switch include the cruise control not cancelling with the brake pedal, the push-button starter not working properly and the shift interlock not disengaging causing the transmission to be stuck in Park. To fix the problem, the brake lights switch will be replaced.
Due to the large number of units being recalled, both automakers are issuing a notice by next month with parts not expected to be ready until June. The full list of affected vehicles and the NHTSA press releases are posted below.
