Up for sale is my gorgeous 2005 Hummer H2 SUT, with only 75,621 original miles. This is the most sought out model. Loaded with all the bells and whistles. The Hummer is in great shape inside and out. Mechanically perfect. Everything on this Hummer works perfect as it should. All lights, buttons, switches, ect.....The exterior is in great shape, and the interior even better, Motor is very very strong, and transmission shifts smooth. When I bought it about 6 months ago I took it straight to the GMC dealership and had it checked out and serviced. Had the oil changed, all the fluids changed, new brakes and rotors, had a new fuel door replaced and brand new roof racks put on.  Air conditioner blows cold air, and the heater blows hot air. I put brand new wheels and tires on it as well, XD wheels, and Nitto Terra Grapplers , 325/70/17. The spare tire is the same wheel and tire. I do have the spare tire rack, I just took it off because I think it gives it a cleaner look on the back. The Hummer is in perfect running and working order. I bought it with 73,000 miles on it, I have only put the other 2,621 over the last 6 months, It was just my play vehicle, not my daily driver. I do not really want to even sell it, but tough times call and I must part with it. I am located in Jonesboro Arkansas, 72401, just 60 miles west of Memphis TN. Please feel free to email, call, or text with any questions, 870-243-1550, I do have the Hummer for sale locally and on other internet sites so I do reserve the right to end the auction early if it sells first. I am very motivated for a quick sale, so if interested in this great Hummer give me a offer and lets make it happen.

GeigerCars Hummer H2 Bomber is ready for winter...now that it's spring

GeigerCars Hummer H2 Bomber - Click above for high-res image gallery
GiegerCars has a love affair with American cars, and a particularly strange affection for Hummers. The German tuner has created all sorts of strange variants like a Christmas-themed H2, a 700-horsepower H2 built for a Texas sheriff or any number of racing-liveried Hummers like the "Gulf Wing" or this Martini Racing inspired H3.
GiegerCars' latest creation is the Hummer H2 Bomber. The most notable modification is the addition of four Mattracks 88M1-A1 rubber tracks that replace the twenty inch wheels. The rest of the vehicle features a military design theme as well as a roof box with lighting and a silver matte paint finish. Now all we need is a race on a snow-covered drag strip between this and Ken Block's Subaru TRAX STI. Follow the jump for the press release from GeigerCars.

Automakers tussle over owners of 'orphan' makes

Thu, 10 May 2012

When General Motors put down several of its brands in recent years, it also let loose thousands of brand-loyal customers who will eventually need another car.
R.L. Polk Associates estimates there are more than 18 million cars from 16 discontinued makes on the road today. Those "orphan owners" have sales-hungry competitors seeing dollar signs. GM is offering Saturn owners $1,000 cash toward a Chevy Cruze, Cadillac CTS or a GMC Acadia. Ford is giving its Mercury lease customers a chance to get out of their contracts with no early-termination penalty and offering to waive six remaining payments if they drive off in a Ford or Lincoln.
Edmunds.com research shows the efforts are paying off somewhat for GM, with 39 percent of Pontiac owners, 37 percent of Hummer owners and 31 percent of Saturn owners taking delivery of another GM-branded vehicle. But that leaves as much as 69 percent of owners going elsewhere. Ford, Honda and Toyota seem to be attracting many former GM owners.

Report: Last-ditch sale effort for Hummer post wind-down announcement fading

Tue, 06 Apr 2010

It's getting tough for even the most ardent supporters of the Hummer brand to continue to keep hope alive. Reports the aficionados at HummerGuy.net: "While many of us were hoping for a last-minute miracle to save the Hummer brand, signs from Detroit are indicating that Hummer production will soon cease indefinitely."
It appears as if General Motors has resigned itself to winding the brand down and letting it die a slow, agonizing death. The automaker says that it's no longer considering offers for the brand and dedicated Hummer staff are reportedly be assigned to serve elsewhere.
Oh, and about that "Save Hummer" summit that's planned for April 11th near Chicago? GM, though it is aware of the rally, has no plans to send representation. That sound that you hear? That's just the tolling of Hummer's death knell. Thanks for the tip, Brian!
