2011 Honda Civic Lx-s White Sedan Fog Lights, All Weather Mats, Auto, Great Cond on 2040-cars
Malvern, Pennsylvania, United States
2011 Honda Civic LX-S, White Color, Auto transmission, approximately 69xxx miles, well maintained, regular oil change, automatic transmission fluid changes, air filter & cabin filter regularly changed according to maintenance minder. LX-S version offers leather wrapped steering wheel, a sportier package with alloy rims, nicer cloth seats, and trunk lid spoiler. I also added genuine Honda All Weather Floor Mats for front & rear which is awesome during winter, doesn't damage or stink up the carpet from all the snow & mud; added genuine Honda Fog Lights with the proper switch on the light stalk not an aftermarket, this makes it brighter for night driving. This was added costs. Tires have a lot of life on it, gas mileage is awesome on this car. It was my commuter car as I drive very far to work. However, I switch jobs and no longer need a commuter car as I will be using mass transit. Car is very well cared for even though I put a lot of mileage as I like my cars. Auto Windows, Auto Locks, 2 sets of keys, Owner's manual, spare tire & jack. A/C runs very cold and works very well so does the heater, nothing wrong with the car. Rear seats fold down completely so you can carry a lot of stuff. Clean Title, Never been in accidents, minor rock chips from highway driving, overall a great car.
Car located in PA, inspection is good till Jan 2015. Zip: 19355 |

Wagon Attack's crappy Civic Wagon meets its end in Iceland
Wed, 11 Dec 2013Several years ago, we posted a video on a dumpy, all-wheel-drive, turbocharged Honda Civic Wagon that starred in a film called Wagon Attack II. The video showed the rusty, red five-door tackling terrain that no Civic has any business driving on, and doing it with flair and style.
Now, the team that produced the original video are back, with Wagon Attack III. The latest video is packed full of goodness for wagon lovers of any stripe. Where the last video saw the turbocharged wagon in Michigan, though, this time it's been shipped to Iceland, where it's flung about on the beaches and dirt roads of the volcanic island.
The video has a bit of a sad ending, though. You'll need to watch it and see what we mean. We've got the entire video down below. Take a look.
Honda exec says US market near capacity, could hurt subprime buyers
Thu, 21 Aug 2014Is there a point in the US auto industry where companies should start considering the welfare of their customers ahead of selling more cars? American Honda Executive Vice President of Sales John Mendel thinks that level exists, and we may be getting very close to it.
According to Automotive News, Mendel believes that finding more customers in the market could require pursuing subprime buyers and offering longer-term loans. However, he refuses to use those tactics. While selling models this way can improve things briefly, the strategies hurt resale prices and lower vehicle profits over time. The company won't do "stupid things in the short-term that damage the person who bought yesterday," he said to Automotive News. "It's a very, very short-term tactic especially in the subprime area."
American Honda, which combines the Acura and Honda brands, has seen market share decline from 9.7 percent to 9.1 percent through July 2014, according to Automotive News, and Autoblog's By the Numbers stats showed it posted falling sales in five of the seven months with data this year. Though, Mendel claims that was partially because the company focused on retail sales over fleets. The delays of the launches for the Honda Fit and Acura TLX likely didn't help either.
Honda Jazz looks like a good fit for Paris
Wed, 17 Sep 2014The quirky, utilitarian little hatchback that we know as the Honda Fit in the US carries the more melodious Jazz name in Europe. And while the newest Fit is already on sale in our market, folks are still waiting for it across the pond. Honda is unveiling its new Jazz Prototype to the 2014 Paris Motor Show in October, and it's nearly identical to what is currently on sale in North America. In fact, it's hard to image Honda changing much from this "prototype" before launching it for Europeans.
The Jazz's design is exactly what you would expect after even a glance at the current North American Fit. Except for a different wing at the rear, a shark fin antenna and a new set of wheels, this Jazz plays the same tune we've heard before.
The one thing keeping the Fit and Jazz from truly being identical siblings is that the European model packs Honda's new 1.3-liter i-VTEC Earth Dreams engine under the hood, rather than the 1.5-liter used in North America. But just like our Fit, the Jazz will be available with a six-speed manual or CVT. The Japanese automaker says that the Jazz goes on sale in the summer of 2015. Scroll down to read the company's announcement for its upcoming hatch.
