1993 Honda Accord Wagon Ex on 2040-cars

Up for auction is a 1993 Honda Accord EX Station Wagon, with 245600 miles. Car runs great, no rust, some dents and scratches, normal for a 21 year old car. One thing is the driver's side door. It had to be replaced. I had the door lock actuator locked door could not be open. After that, the window motor stopped working. So, door had to go... this door was purchased from a Junkyard and damaged and all. it was the best match for this car. the other thing this car needs to have done is the front brakes -replace rotors and pads. I have the rotors and pads. I just never had the chance to work on them, I just don't have the time to work on it anymore. However, the car had the below work done: Timing belt -done @ 210000 miles radiator -upper and lower hoses changed, thermostat front axles rear brakes -both had new rotors and pads installed new spark plugs and cables. ignition coil replaced about 1 year ago 4 new tires installed -by the end of December 2013 On a personal note, I have owned this car for 5 years and I hate to part company with it. My wife and I have 3 cars now and one has to go....and so...that's why I'm selling it. Plus, I have two jobs and I simply don't have the time to work on this car. Honda recalling 871,000 SUVs and minivans over rollaway fear
Wed, 12 Dec 2012Honda is recalling 871,000 SUVs and minivans for an issue in which the vehicles may roll away after the key has been removed from the ignition. Ninety-two percent of the recalled vehicles, or 807,000 vehicles, are in the US. According to a report from Reuters, the effected vehicles include certain numbers of the Honda Odyssey and Pilot, as well as the Acura MDX. Here are the recall figures:
2003-2004 Honda Odyssey: 318,000 vehicles
2003-2004 Honda Pilot: 259,000 vehicles

My very first turn at the handlebars of a motorcycle came courtesy of an MSF Honda CB125. Despite the fact that it wore a very stern sticker on the tank warning all who rode that it was for instructional purposes only and not for legal sale, I wanted nothing more than to ride it past the cones of my license test and straight home. There was just something about the lightweight, low-power machine that just felt right. Now Honda is giving American buyers the chance to take home something similar. Meet the Grom. Yes, it's basically a sexed-up scooter, but that's fine by me.
There's a fuel-injected 125cc single pushing the fat-tired bike around, and a four-speed gearbox handles shifting duty.The smallish 12-inch wheels give the Grom a bit of a goofball appearance, but the handsome bodywork and gold forks help offset the look. Something tells me this joker is more fun than should be legal. Honda Civic Type R Concept to hatch in Geneva
Wed, 12 Feb 2014As if the Geneva Motor Show isn't exciting enough, now we have word that a new version of a certain iconic Japanese hot hatch will make an appearance there in a few weeks time. Honda has announced that its Civic Type R Concept will be revealed during the show's media days, which take place March 4 and 5.
Since this is Honda we're talking about, we should point out that the "Concept" part of the Civic Type R's name is usually a bit of a misnomer. For the past few years, the Japanese automaker has made a habit of attaching "Concept" to the end of several near-production models in the name of drumming up auto show excitement (see Exhibits A, B, C, D and E). So really, this is almost certainly the next Civic Type R, a car we've kind of already driven.
The latter car was a "development" model, but we aren't expecting a lot to change between it and the production model. As previously reported, a 2.0-liter, turbocharged engine should deliver north of 280 horsepower to the front wheels via a six-speed gearbox.
