2009 Gmc Yukon Hybrid Sport Utility 4-door 6.0l on 2040-cars
Norwalk, California, United States
This SUV is one of the best condition 2009 models you will ever find, shows almost no wear of any kind inside or out. It has just about every option imaginable, and the leather interior is almost like new, even the drivers seat shows almost no wear. Drives great with great gas millage and rides like a dream. Has heavy duty tow package so you can pull things and have the benefit of the better gas millage because of the hybrid drive system. Everything works and has no known problems. 90% of the miles are freeway miles and that is why this SUV is in such good condition. The pictures don't do it justice, looks much better than the pictures, also has not been detailed just washed off, that's how clean this SUV has been kept and taken care of over the years, this is a one owner older adult so has not been abused in any way. This would be perfect for family or work use because of the gas millage. Just go price a fully loaded new one set up the same way as this one and you will quickly see what a good deal this is. Think I have set a very low reserve for what condition this SUV is in, try to find another one in this price range in this condition,,, don't think you will,,,,, Please ask any questions you have before you bid. SUV is really fantastic but is sold AS-IS for year and millage, remember this is eBay so if you bid and win you own it,,!!! Please call, text or message me with any questions, if I can't answer please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible,, Good luck and happy bidding,,,

GM recalls Chevy Express, GMC Savana over rollaway concern
Mon, 21 Jan 2013The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a recall notice for a small number of General Motors fullsize vans due to possible rollaway concerns. On certain 2013 Chevrolet Express and 2013 GMC Savana models, it is possible to remove the key from the ignition without the shifter being in park.
Only 980 total units are being affected by this recall, and GM is fixing the issue by replacing the ignition cylinder and associated keys. Affected Chevy vans were built during most of November and December while its GMC counterpart was only built for a week in November. The recall goes into effect on January 23, and to find out if your vehicle applies to the recall, the GM and NHTSA contact numbers can be found on the official recall notice, which is posted below.
GM's fullsize SUVs boost highway mileage by nearly 10 percent
Wed, 26 Feb 2014We met the redesigned 2015 versions of the Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe, and the GMC Yukon and Yukon XL at the 2013 LA Auto Show. Improved gas mileage numbers have been announced to go along with the improved exteriors and interiors, with city mileage improving by seven percent and highway mileage going up by nearly ten percent; you'll now get 16 miles per gallon in the city and 23 on the highway.
The only applies to models with the 5.3-liter engine, though, not the premium Yukon Denali and Yukon XL Denali SUVs with the 6.2-liter motor. Still, the 5.3 gets you more power than previously, with 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque underfoot, on top of the improved fuel economy numbers. The 6.2-liter sticks with official mpg ratings of 15 highway, 21 city. There's a brief press release below with words straight from the horse's mouth.
Pickup sales may hit 2M units for first time since 2007
Sat, 21 Sep 2013Even as fuel prices creep back up, trucks are still a hot item among new-vehicle shoppers. To see how popular pickup trucks still are, you don't have to look any further than how much effort automakers put into the continual one-upmanship of their trucks. Backing this fact up, USA Today is reporting that the segment could top two million sales this year - a total not matched since 2007, though still far from the pre-recession, three-million-unit levels.
Through August, the Ford F-Series continues to be the segment leader with almost 500,000 units sold, but the Chevy Silverado (328,269), Ram 1500 (234,642), GMC Sierra (122,232) and Toyota Tacoma (110,293) are all seeing at least 20-percent sales increases, helping to account for around 1.44 million truck sales so far this year - not including possible outliers like the Suzuki Equator and Chevy Avalanche.
This year alone, General Motors has completely redesigned its fullsize trucks, Ram and Toyota have significantly updated their offerings, the next-gen Ford F-150 will be out next year and Nissan is promising an all-new Titan around the same time with an eventual Cummins diesel under the hood. It would seem, then, that truck sales are poised to continue their upward trend.
