Here you have a 1983 short bed pick up on 30 inch wheels very nice.engine came out of a 1999 yukon and was rebuilt. Has about 900 miles on rebuild. Tranny is a TH400 and also was rebuilt.heat and A/C works great.all A/C and heat components were replaced.So A/C blows cold and heat is hot.has 3:73 gears weian performer intake. Eldelbrock carb internals are roller. Nice mild cam.truck was built for driving. I can jump on the highway and go as far as I want.truck rides good. I know alot of people may frown on the big wheels on trucks like these but this truck looks nice and rides nice with these wheels. Its a steal for the price. Wheels alone are worth what the truck is selling for. not to include the great running engine. You will be getting a deal of a life time. You wanna be the envy of all the pick up truck drivers around the town and at carshows. Well this is what you want to be in

GM's fullsize SUVs boost highway mileage by nearly 10 percent
Wed, 26 Feb 2014We met the redesigned 2015 versions of the Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe, and the GMC Yukon and Yukon XL at the 2013 LA Auto Show. Improved gas mileage numbers have been announced to go along with the improved exteriors and interiors, with city mileage improving by seven percent and highway mileage going up by nearly ten percent; you'll now get 16 miles per gallon in the city and 23 on the highway.
The only applies to models with the 5.3-liter engine, though, not the premium Yukon Denali and Yukon XL Denali SUVs with the 6.2-liter motor. Still, the 5.3 gets you more power than previously, with 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque underfoot, on top of the improved fuel economy numbers. The 6.2-liter sticks with official mpg ratings of 15 highway, 21 city. There's a brief press release below with words straight from the horse's mouth.
GM issues stop-delivery for 2015 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon
Fri, 03 Oct 2014General Motors is issuing a stop-delivery order for its latest midsize pickups, the 2015 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon, because the driver's side airbag might not be wired correctly. The total number of vehicles affected is still being determined.
According to the statement from GM, the problem, "affects the vehicles' two-stage airbag system by reversing the deployment sequence and disrupting the deployment timing of the driver airbag stages." That means in an accident the bag may not work correctly.
Most of the affected trucks are still on the assembly line, in transit or unsold at dealers, says GM. Until a way to repair the problem is found, customer deliveries are stopped. However, "a small number" of them are in the possession of buyers. GM is contacting these people by phone and by FedEx letter to have the vehicles returned to dealers. In the meantime, they'll be given a loaner to drive.

We've got a bright aluminum Airstream camper hitched to our rear bumper as we head up Southern California's coast because GMC says that 60 percent of all full-size pickup owners will use their trucks for towing.
Rather than forcing us to absorb its capabilities in a long-winded PowerPoint presentation, the automaker brought us to Los Angeles and handed us the keys to its all-new 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. After jumping behind the wheel of a 5.3-liter V8 model, we drove up the foggy Malibu coast (locals call the soggy early-summer weather "June Gloom") and made our way to the Camarillo Airport for a towing refresher. Once completed, a brand-new 23-foot Airstream was hitched to our aft end and we were pointed towards a campground just west of Santa Barbara.
