up for sale a pretty cool 1977 Ford Ranchero GT.I took it on trade on one my diesel imports.I really absolutely don't know anything about it and im not a ford man either,sorry.Its a 1977 GT with cool ac,not cold.I do know and see its a very very nice driver who needs next to nothing to make it a daily driver.I would saying a couple of interior fixes and that's it.The benchback wont stay in position,crack in dash,minor stuff.It does leak a drop of oil.Its not new either.Im offering it at no reserve and I think a pretty low starting price,for this quality of a truck.Im a dealer,and the only one that does not charge dealer or prep fees,but if you want to drive it home,i can help with a temptag,but then I have to charge salestax,if hauled out of state,no sales tax either:-).Truck needs to go,it doesn't fit in in what I normally sell,so please take it away :-).Again here is your chance to get a very nice Ranchero for a very fair price.Thnx Paul location St Petersburg,Fla. 500 deposit within 1 hour of auction ends,balance to be paid within 3 working days,free storage for as long as you need, deposit refund of 350 dollar if you show and don't like,no refunds for no shows.I don't provide inspections but feel free to swing by or send an inspector but keep in mind,its a 1977,not 2014 :-).I don't accept bids from bidders with negatives,those bids will be removed. |

Chevy Camaro is a good sport, wishes Ford Mustang Happy 50th
Tue, 15 Apr 2014It was 1966 when Chevrolet launched its challenger to the wildly successful Ford Mustang, the Camaro. While the competition between the two brands was already healthy, the arrival of the Camaro set off one of the most intense, model-to-model rivalries in the industry.
That competitive spirit hasn't stopped Chevy and the Camaro from wishing Ford's iconic muscle car a Happy 50th Birthday as the Ford's April 17 anniversary rolls around. These two cars have been linked over the years, and while the rivalry took a break for a few years in the 2000s, today's competition between the Camaro and Mustang is as fierce as it's ever been.
You might recall that this friendliness when it comes to major milestones isn't too rare. Ford put on quite a display for General Motors' hundredth anniversary back in 2008. As the Camaro's fiftieth birthday approaches in 2016, we wouldn't be surprised to see the Mustang sending its best wishes to its Bowtie rival.
Ladies Love It: Ford Fiesta wins Womens World Car of the Year
Thu, 25 Jul 2013It's official: A panel of female automotive writers has chosen the Ford Fiesta 1.0-liter EcoBoost as the Womens World Car of the Year, and it beat tough competition like the Mazda CX-5, Range Rover and Porsche Boxster S for the overall top spot.
The CX-5 and Range Rover won the SUV and Luxury Car categories, respectively, and the Boxster S laid claim to the Sports Car category, beating the runner up Audi RS5 and third place Toyota GT86/Subaru BRZ (or Scion FR-S). The Audi Allroad was named the Family car of the year.
The panel consisted of 18 female automotive writers from around the world tasked with picking the best car in each of eight categories, including top vehicle overall, using criteria that women utilize when shopping for a car. That includes safety, value-for-money, aesthetic appearance, storage space, child-friendliness, ease-of-driving, color, sex appeal and environmental footprint.

Wed, 27 Mar 2013We said they'd probably be out with an official video, we did not lie. The Hennessey-powered camouflage Ford GT sat at one end of the runway at the Texas Mile sitting still. At the other end of the runway it had broken its own speed record, the twin-turbo 5.7-liter V8 pushing the aerodynamic supercar up to 267.6 miles per hour, a 4.3-mph improvement over the old mark.
There's not much in the video you haven't already seen, this just makes it official. That said, who doesn't want to see a twin-turbo Ford GT set an incredible speed record? You can watch it below.
