CONDITION: BODY MOLDINGS ARE NEAR PERFECT WITH ONLY A FEW MINOR DENTS ON THE TOP OF THE TAILGATE MOLDING. THE BED IS ALSO NEAR PERFECT WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF SMALL DENTS (NOT USED AS A HAULER). THE DASH PAD HAS ONE CRACK IN THE MIDDLE AND THE DASH PANEL LETTERING AND SILVER TRIM PAINT SHOWS AS NEW. A/C IS COMPLETE AND NEEDS A CHARGE. STEERING WHEEL IS CRACKED. HORN SWITCH NEEDS REPLACING. CENTER STEERING WHEEL PAD AND CRUISE CONTROL SWITCHES ARE EXCELLENT. CLOCK DOES NOT WORK. ALL OTHER EQUIPMENT WORKS AS IT SHOULD. THE TRANSMISSION IS EXCELLENT AND SHIFTS VERY SMOOTH. THE ENGINE RUNS GREAT AND MAKES LOTS OF TORQUE. AFTER SITTING FOR A FEW DAYS IT WILL SMOKE AT START UP, BUT NOT EVERY TIME. I WAS TOLD IT COULD BE VALVE SEALS. NOT SURE. IT DOES NOT SMOKE OR USE OIL EVEN UNDER HARD ACCELERATION. OVERALL A VERY NICE DRIVING CAR AS SHOULD BE EXPECTED WITH THESE MILES. A ROAD TRIP FOR THIS CAR WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. ALL OF THE MECHANICALS ARE VERY SOLID AND DEPENDABLE. FULLY SERVICED AND READY TO GO. 

TITLE: CURRENTLY HAS A SALVAGE TITLE BECAUSE OF A MINOR ENGINE FIRE. I HAVE PICTURES OF THE CAR BEFORE ANY WORK WAS DONE AND EVEN BEFORE THE FIRE. Ford Focus 1.0-liter Ecoboost to only get manual trans in US

Photos of the 2015 Ford Focus leaked earlier today, but now we're able to tell you more details of the global five-door hatchback. Bucking automaker's troubling trend of ditching manual transmissions in favor of automatics, Ford says the new 1.0-liter EcoBoost engine will come only in a six-speed manual in the US, because, well, American drivers aren't as sophisticated as our European brothers and sisters.
Ford didn't come out and say it that way, but it has found American drivers are more prone to complain about automatics in smaller-engine cars, Raj Nair, Ford's group vice president of global product development, said at a press conference last week. The recent JD Power Vehicle Dependability Study backs up Ford's claims, pointing out that drivers are complaining about rough transmission shifts, engine hesitation and lack of power, particularly in small cars. In Europe and other parts of the world, drivers seem to understand the quirks of these pint-sized engines, Nair said, so they'll have the option to buy an automatic. Ford is working on tuning its dual-clutch transmissions to make them more amenable to American driver's tastes.
Ford will show off the refreshed 2015 Focus at the Geneva Motor Show in early March. The car is due for an update, having been on sale in its current form since 2012. The automaker said it is jamming the car full of new technology - like a USB port that promises to charge your phone in half the time as a regular USB port. Line up any two comparable vehicles, and eople are going to want to race them. Need proof? In its latest track battle, Auto Express wants to know which commercial vehicle can lap a circuit faster - a Ford Transit or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Let's face it, neither of these European vans were ever meant to be near the track unless they are delivering a racecar and a ton of parts for a fun weekend, but it's massively fun to watch them give it a go anyway.
The one thing that Auto Express really illustrates here is the modern marvel that is stability control. The driver hops curves, and these big vans lean in the corners like your friend walking home from a long night at the bar. However, because of the amazing stability systems, the vans mostly keep all of their wheels planted and never seem close to getting sloppy, despite their behemoth size.
Unfortunately, the two vans aren't exactly fairly paired. The Ford has a dual rear axle and a few other advantages over the Mercedes, but it's still hilarious to watch them go. Even better, the host breaks down everything happening behind the wheel like these commercial vehicles were two Porsches. Enjoy watching this very unorthodox battle between Ford and Mercedes.
