1950 Ford Huckster Truck, This is a incredible find. A lot of these were made, a very few survived. It is extremely rare to find one in this condition. If you are old enough to remember these trucks, these were the trucks that use to deliver you you milk, bread, eggs etc. Most were used and destroyed. This truck originally came from Oklahoma it has been in Pennslyvania in indoor storage for the last 20 years. This truck is rust free,it is as solid as it gets.Other than a few dings the body is in great shape.All the doors are there and work good. This is a truck that has many possibilties, It is a very easy restoration. The truck is from an estate and has been sitting for the last 20 years. It did run and when it was parked. The motor is free,and does turn over. I have not attempted to get it started but i do not believe it would take much. This is a rare find for the person that wants something unique. 2015 Ford Mustang to offer solid-rear axle, sort of

One of the biggest knocks against the last Ford Mustang was its solid-rear axle. Not one to actively court criticism, Ford dutifully swapped out the old-fashioned rear end for something a bit more modern in the redesigned 2015 Mustang, adding an independent rear suspension across the board.
While an IRS Mustang is great news for those that value handling and ride comfort, there's one big group that it's bad news for - drag racers. See, a solid-rear axle is a big deal for drag racers, because not only is it more durable and cheaper, but it's better for the hard launches that can make or break a race.
To satiate this vocal demographic, Ford will sell a body-in-white version of the Stang, complete with a nine-inch rear axle, that will debut at the 2014 Performance Racing Industry show. The news came from gas2.org, which cited an unnamed employee of Ford Racing at this year's PRI show.

Ex-PR chief Vines accuses Ford of bugging cars, phones

Jason Vines, former head of communications at Ford among other automakers, is accusing the Blue Oval of bugging his company phone and his car during the Firestone tire recall for the Explorer in 2001. The allegations have come to light in Vines' upcoming book What Did Jesus Drive? Crisis PR in Cars, Computers and Christianity.
According to The Detroit News, which has an advance copy of the book, Vines (pictured above) claims that after leaving the company, someone with security within Ford advised him that he had been bugged around the time of the recall. The allegations don't stop there, though. Vines further contends that he might not have been the only one to get this treatment, noting that then-general counsel John Rintamaki also believed he was being listened to.
According to The Detroit News, even if it had been a company phone, recording Vines without his knowledge still would have been a felony under Michigan law.
