Rare Henry Ford 1932 Ford pickup street rod in primer for sale. This truck is the real deal, exactly the way a 32 Pickup street rod should be built. Features: 9 inch posi rear end brand new steel frame chrome bumpers 4 wheel disc brakes Heits "Super Ride" front end Griffin radiator Mack box (new) Cab, fenders, etc.. original Henry Ford Steel Cab has been stretched 6 inches using a second Henry Ford 1932 Cab Chopped 2 1/2 inches Engine compartment holds any big block or small block Rear suspension Heits coil over Complete exhaust Stock 32 hood with vented sides Stainless steel brake lines custom dash and other custom features throughout (note running board flare to rear fenders allowing large rear wheels) Also comes with: all instruments, all new lights, dual wipers, glide bench seat. Does NOT include Glass, paint, and interior. We did not paint it so you can pick the colors. Work on cab and fenders is top end. Splice from second cab adds six seamless inches to cab which allows wing windows from 55 chevy. Frames for wing windows are included with this sale and fit the 2 1/2 chop. A tribute to William Clay Ford
Tue, 11 Mar 2014The passing of William Clay Ford has been a big event for the company he spent most of his life helping run. Ford spent 57 years working for his family's company. Considering the Blue Oval has been around for over 100 years, WCF's passing is the end of an era for the Dearborn-based manufacturer.
Ford's YouTube channel has issued a short memorial video highlighting the life of the longest-lived grandson of company founder Henry Ford. It follows William Clay from his time as a boy, showing him alongside his grandfather, through his younger years, and into his twilight, as the patriarch of the Ford family.

Ford F-100 'Snakebit' shown off by Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed at SEMA
Tue, 05 Nov 2013Ford, along with KISS bassist Gene Simmons and his wife, Shannon Tweed, used SEMA as a backdrop to pull the covers off Snakebit, a 1956 Ford F-100 pickup truck that's been updated with Shelby Mustang-derived styling bits and a 5.4-liter supercharged V8 engine. All 550 horsepower are funneled through a six-speed manual gearbox to the rear wheels.
Underneath the custom bodywork sits a chassis that's been stretched five inches and a bed widened and bedecked with billet machined pieces that are supposed to look like wood. The 20-inch rear and 18-inch front wheels ape those of past Shelby Mustang models. The interior is swathed in two-tone leather with a bench seat designed to look - try to act surprised - like a Shelby Mustang.
Like what you see? Bidding for the truck will take place in 2014 at an unspecified Barrett-Jackson event (we'd assume Scottsdale). Proceeds will be used to help build a children's hospital in Saskatoon, in the province of Saskatchewan, where Ms. Tweed grew up.
