Up for auction is a beautiful 92 Mustang GT. I just bought this car from the second owner who purchased the car in 2004. This Mustang has been meticulously maintained and garaged all of its life. I was told that the car is still in the original paint and from what I can tell, it is. It shines very well but as expected from a 23 year old car, there are some minor imperfections. Every body panel still has the matching vin and all of the trim, upholstery, etc are all in great condition. Mechanically the car is second to none, it is exceptionally tight feeling and it drives as smooth as silk. The engine does not smoke or drip a drop of anything. Same goes for the trans and driveline, smooth and no leaks or noises. Everything works on this car: cruise, heat, cold AC, wipers, windows, locks, power hatch release, lights and the original radio sounds great as well. Also included is a massive folder full of receipts and documentation that reflects the relentless attention to detail and maintenance throughout the years. The car does have a BBK H-pipe and flowmaster mufflers, everything else is bone stock. It has a nearly new interstate battery and a set of great Michelin tires. I wouldn't hesitate to take this car across the country. It's getting harder to find one of these foxbody cars in such nice, original condition. With all this said, I will listen to solid cash offers but I am in no need to sell. As for trades, I would be interested in a more modded foxbody or any other fast street cars. NHTSA releases updated Takata airbag recalled cars list, but it still has errors

Unfortunately, the government's list still contains errors.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued an updated list of vehicle models that it's urging owners to repair under the mushrooming Takata airbag inflator recall. The latest version adds vehicles from new automakers like Subaru and Ford that are missing from the original announcement, and it also removes erroneous entries from General Motors, leaving only the 2005 Saab 9-2X (a reskinned Subaru WRX), and the 2003-2005 Pontiac Vibe, a joint project with Toyota.
Ford faces class-action lawsuit for selling vehicles without brake override systems
Fri, 29 Mar 2013A total of 20 Ford customers are suing the automaker in a class-action lawsuit for selling vehicles "vulnerable to unintended acceleration." According to Reuters, the suit names 30 models built between 2002 and 2010 with electronic throttle control systems but without a brake override system. Those include the 2004-2012 F-Series pickups and the 2005-2009 Lincoln Town Car. Adam Levitt, a partner with the law firm of Grant & Eisenhofer says the plaintiffs in the case want "to be compensated for their economic losses by having overpaid for cars that contained defects." Levitt contends that the plaintiffs would not have bought their vehicles or paid less for them had they known there was no brake override system in place.
Ford began installing brake override systems in its vehicles beginning in 2010. In response to the lawsuit, Ford has pointed to research by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that indicated that unintended acceleration is mostly caused by driver error, saying in a statement that, "NHTSA's work is far more scientific and trustworthy than work done by personal injury lawyers and their paid experts."
Belville et al v. Ford Motor Co. will be heard in US District Court in the Southern District of West Virginia.
Ford unveils all-new 2016 F-650 and F-750 at NTEA

Ford is in the process of a complete refresh of its entire commercial vehicle lineup over the next 18 months, and it is debuting the all-new versions of its F-650 and F-750 trucks at the NTEA Work Truck Show in Indianapolis, IN.
"The all-new F-650/F-750 allow us to leverage our strengths and sales leadership in Classes 1 to 5 to create a better F-650/F-750 that's designed, engineered and built by Ford in the USA," said Ford spokesperson Mike Levine to Autoblog via email.
Huge amounts of torque is vital for trucks like these, and both models are offered with some of Fords biggest engines. Buyers can opt for either the 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 diesel with TorqShift 6-speed automatic with available power takeoff or a gasoline-fueled 6.8-liter V10 with a 6-speed automatic. The V10 can also be ordered from the factory to be fueled by compressed natural gas or liquid propane gas.
