This car is sterling gray metallic with charcoal interior. It has power driver seat, sync hands free, and dimming rear view all part of the 301a package. This particular GT has a 55R Track Pack that is equipped with a 3.73 torsion limited slip diff and veined diff cover( same rear end as the boss 302), brembo brakes, boss oil cooler and radiator, vented brake ducks, upgraded stock sway bars, aluminum lower control arms, better spring rates ect ect. Aftermarket upgrades include ... 18x10 Forgestar F14 textured black custom wheels ( had them shipped from California, and 1 set in the US in these specs to clear brakes) 285/35/18 Hankook RS-3 Tires, black lugs, Steeda ultralight springs, Koni yellow struts and rear adjustable shocks, Maxim Motorsports camber plates with custom alignment, eibach sway bars with end links, Boss plug covers from Ford racing, black replacement 5.0 emblems, JLT oil separator in black, Steeda big aluminum intake, SCT tuner with Blow By Racing custom tune, Bassani stainless xpipe and racing cat-back. Oil changed with Mobile 1 syn. and also the car is a 6 speed with only 7800 miles and also has factory strut bar. This car is unbelievable and I get stopped everywhere with people asking about it. This price is really too low but I have to many cars right now and the toy has to find a new home. I can send more pics on request. I worked for Ford for a few years and know how rare and desirable these cars are, and it still has 3yr 36k mile bumper to bumper and 5yr 60k mile powertrain warranty. Feel free to call or text with any questions at 803-360-9796. Happy Bidding!

Evo grabs Ford's Fiesta R5 rally car by the scruff

Wed, 04 Sep 2013

Evo and host Henry Catchpole were thinking of excuses reasons to borrow the bonkers Ford Fiesta R5 rally car for a day or two, when it struck them: the car is street legal. With access to the R5, some of the world's most beautiful driving roads in the English Lake Country nearby, and a handy video crewing hanging around, the plan seemed to write itself.
Based on the resulting video, it was a good plan. Without spoiling the video for you - something we can't really do in text as the best part is listening to the rally car run - Catchpole finds the Fiesta to be sublimely quick and massively satisfying. Even taking the car for a spin on a pseudo rally stage, after leaving the English countryside, does nothing but add to his assessment of the beastly little Ford. Scroll on below to see for yourself, and enjoy the ride.

2014 Ford Fiesta ST priced from $21,400* [w/poll]

Tue, 26 Feb 2013

The 2014 model year brings a whole host of changes to Ford's Fiesta B-Segment fighter, the most important of which (to our enthusiast eyes, anyway) is the addition of a potent new ST model. The US-spec hot hatch was first shown at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show last November, and thanks to Ford's build-and-price site, we've now learned that the Fiesta ST will slide in at $21,400 when it goes on sale later this year (*not including $795 for destination).
Under the hood of the ST is a turbocharged 1.6-liter EcoBoost inline-four good for 197 horsepower and 214 pound-feet of torque, mated solely to a six-speed manual transmission. Ford hasn't released performance data on its pint-sized puncher just yet, but know that these numbers make the Fiesta ST ever-so-slightly more powerful than the larger Volkswagen GTI while returning an estimated 34 miles per gallon on the highway.
Elsewhere in the lineup, the standard Fiesta also gets a smattering of improvements for the 2014 model year, including a new 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbocharged engine and revised exterior styling. Pricing for the 2014 Fiesta sedan starts at $14,000, with the five-door model adding $600 to that number (again excluding the $795 destination fee).

Consumer Reports explains its disdain for infotainment

Thu, 20 Mar 2014

One of the perks of reviewing all manner of cars and trucks is that we're exposed to all the different infotainment systems. Whether Cadillac's CUE, Chrysler's UConnect, BMW's iDrive or MyFord Touch, we sample each and every infotainment system on the market.
Not surprisingly, some are better than others. It seems consumers have come to a similar consensus, with Consumer Reports claiming that Ford and Lincoln, Cadillac and Honda offer the worst user infotainment experiences. Not surprisingly, you won't find much argument among the Autoblog staff.
Take a look below to see just what it is about the latest batch of infotainment systems that grinds CR's gears. After that, scroll down into Comments and let us know if you agree with the mag's views.
