All original documentation including the window sticker, SVT certificate, dealer booklet with owners manual
and warranty info. (the car is no longer under warranty)
Keys and key fobs are the originals.

Car is spotless, was sold new in Illinois so it does have holes in the front fascia from the license plate bracket.
The convertible cover flew off the car once so that has a few scratches on it. (previous owner)

- Fresh from factory interior.
- Fresh from factory body.
- Fresh from factory paint (with no fading and no swirls in the clear coat).
- Fresh from factory under body.
- AC is cold.
- Everything works.
- Top is flawless.

NO dings, NO dents, NO rust. Every owner (4) stored this car inside, under a cover and only drove it on nice days.
It's like time traveling back to 1998 and buying this car at the dealer.

Car has the following mods: (all done by me)

INTERIOR:

-Corbeau CR1 Ultrasuede and leather seats. (seat tracks are the dual locking Ford OEM tracks)
-Pioneer DEH-X5500HD stereo
-Ford OEM replacement storage tray (where the old CD player used to be).
-All White LEDs in the instrument cluster and center stack (gives a bright true blue glow).
-MGW short throw shifter
-Billet shorty antenna

CHASSIS and RUNNING GEAR:

-Mustang Racing Technologies pneumatic hood supports
-Bullitt pedal covers
-J&M race rear lower control arms
-J&M camber caster plates
-Koni Str.t shocks and struts
-H&R super sport springs
-Off road H-pipe (forgot the manufacturer)
-Nitto NT555 275/45/17 (have about 1,000 miles on them)

The shocks, struts, springs, control arms, and cc plates are all less than a year old.
They were professionally installed and a correct front end alignment was done after.

All of the interior pieces are less than 2 years old.

Even though the car has no catalytic converters, I have not installed MIL eliminators.
It takes a few months of driving before it throws a code and I just clear it out with my Innova scan tool.

There are no other original parts available, I either sold them or threw them out.

$500 non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of auction end.
Remainder due in cash when car is picked up.

Ford Transit Skyliner Concept is a Gulfstream for the road

Sat, 12 Apr 2014

If you are afraid to fly or just want to arrive at your ultimate destination in absolute comfort, then the Ford Transit Skyliner concept might be the perfect vehicle for you. Built by Galpin Auto Sports and based on a 2015 Transit, the van is basically a private jet on wheels. It even has a touch of Transformers about it with the ability to switch between four modes by pressing a button in a smartphone app.
Based on the long wheelbase, high-roof model with 487 cubic feet of cargo space and 6 feet, 9.5 inches of interior height, the Skyliner has movable captains chairs that shift around among four modes. In theater mode, the seats turn and recline to face a 52-inch retractable movie screen with 7.2 surround sound. For business, a motorized table unfolds, and the chairs gather around it. There is a mode for tailgating where the door opens four-feet wide, and, when traveling, passengers can recline back with footrests that extend for maximum comfort.
To make the ride even plusher, there is a satellite and media server to meet your entertainment needs, and there is even a built-in bar in the back. If this Ford had a bathroom, you could live in it. Of course, you would need to hire a driver to enjoy all the amenities in the back.

Chip Foose tastefully enhances his personal Ford GT

Wed, 05 Nov 2014

Typically, we'd expect a vehicle from 2006 to fall well short of a more modern vehicle, both in terms of performance and style. Of course, the Ford GT is not your average offering from the Bush era. That's doubly true when the 2006 GT in question belongs to one Chip Foose.
Purchased by his wife as a 50th birthday present, Foose is showing his custom, personalized GT at the 2014 SEMA Show. The 5.4-liter supercharged V8 breathes a bit easier thanks to a full Magnaflow Performance exhaust, but Foose's GT isn't all about the performance.
Instead, the car customizer extraordinaire has focused on tasteful aesthetic enhancement, tweaking the rear end by removing the bumper and trimming the frame extensions. The wheels, meanwhile, are one-off aluminum alloys, designed by Foose himself. Like the stripes, the wheels feature orange accenting.

Formula Drift kicks off 11th season on Streets of Long Beach

Tue, 08 Apr 2014

The 2014 Formula Drift series kicked off last weekend in Long Beach, and saw Chris Forsberg, who you'll recall went mad and drifted around a warehouse in an Infiniti M, take the title behind the wheel of his Hankook Tire Nissan 370Z (shown above).
Forsberg really ran away with the first round of competition, outscoring his closest opponent, second-place finisher Kenneth Moen and his Bridges Racing Nissan 240SX, by 20 points. Third place was 2013 championship winner Michael Essa and his Yokohama BMW M3, 30.5 points behind Forsberg.
In the manufacturers' title, Nissan took an early lead with 122 points, which isn't a huge surprise considering five of the top ten drifters were piloting either a Z or a product of the brand's S platform. Ford, which had two drivers (Justin Pawlak and Vaughn Gittin, Jr.) in the top ten, took home second place, while BMW is currently third in the manufacturers' standings.
