This is one of the cleanest Cobra's you will find. Always maintained and garaged, no mechanical issues, you will be able to tell this car has been pampered. Like new leather interior, power windows and locks, EVERY BUTTON WORKS!!! It has 87,000 miles and is daily driver condition. AC blows ice cold and heater works great as well. Lots of tread left on high performance tires wrapped around aftermarket cobra 5 spoke rims. The car is mostly stock, excluding the Hotchkis sport suspension, Flowmaster exhaust, and the wheels/tires. All lights work, including the cobra fog lights. Paint is in incredible condition! no primer spots or clear coat fading. The suspension on this car lowered it about 1 inch, and handles much better then the stock Cobra while riding smooth and tracking straight. The 4.6 V8 engine runs flawless, very smooth and no rattles, no leaks, YOU COULD EAT OFF THIS ENGINE, its spotless. Give it some gas and it has a ferocious sound with the Flowmaster exhaust, and has plenty of power, a little over 300 horsepower, 0-60 IN 5.3 SECONDS! QUARTER MILE IN 13.8 SECONDS. This is the perfect car to drive everyday to work, put the top down on warm sunny days, or chirp the tires from light to light. Very reliable, I would drive the car anywhere, and for the horsepower it surprisingly gets great mpg. No trades or payment plans. Clean title.
UPDATE: Brand new high performance front tires with Road Force balance installed on July 11 with receipt from Les Schwab

Ford shares falling on news of lower-than-expected profits next year
Wed, 18 Dec 2013Ford has released projections for its 2013 profits, along with predictions of its 2014 earnings, and the news has forced the company's stock to stumble, falling over seven percent as of this writing. The Blue Oval is expecting earnings of $8.34 billion for 2013, although the bulk of that is coming largely from its North American operations, as troubles abroad continue to take a toll.
Calling 2013 an "outstanding" year, Ford expects its revenue to be up about 10 percent, thanks to gains in market share everywhere but Europe. But it's 2014 predictions that are causing stock prices to fall, as the Dearborn-based manufacturer expects pre-tax profits to fall to $7 to $8 billion, because of troubles in both Europe and South America, according to a report from Reuters. This is despite an expansion plan that will see it open an additional factory in the southern hemisphere, as well as two plants in China, all in a bid to launch 23 new or refreshed products next year.
The issues in South America aren't so much related to a fall in sales - Ford expects improved profits in Brazil and Argentina - but because of currency devaluations in Venezuela that are projected to cost it around $350 million. While that would still allow it to break even with 2013, Ford cites continued economic risks that could push losses even higher.
V6 engines will outpace V8s for the 2015 Ford F-150
Wed, 23 Jul 2014How times have changed. Even five years ago, who would have thought the mighty V8 would be just another engine choice for buyers of the 2015 Ford F-150?
Ford is projecting about 28 percent of the next-generation trucks will have the 5.0-liter V8. That's nothing to sneeze at, but consider this: Ford figures its two EcoBoost truck engines - the new 2.7-liter V6 and the existing 3.5-liter V6 - will also each account for about 28 percent of the F-150's sales (56 percent total). That leaves only 15 percent of the pie for the 3.5-liter (non-EcoBoost) V6. The new F-150 goes on sale late this year.

Next Ford F-150 delayed for aluminum body panel issues?
Wed, 11 Dec 2013The timetable for next-generation Ford F-150 may be in trouble if a report from The Truth About Cars is true. The next F-150 is slated to make extensive use of weight-saving aluminum in its body, but the aluminum alloy provided by suppliers hasn't met Ford's requirements in the earliest phases of pre-production, according to the report.
The F-150 represents a huge portion of Ford's profits and is the best-selling truck in the US, even in the face of increased pressure from cross-town rivals General Motors and Ram. While the current truck is treading water against its competition, we'd be lying if we said the F-150 weren't growing quite long in the tooth.
If production of the next-generation of the Ford cash cow, said to be based on the Atlas Concept from the 2013 Detroit Auto Show (pictured above), is delayed, it could be bad for Ford. Production at Ford's Dearborn Truck Plant is already set to be delayed six to ten weeks, missing an internal on-sale deadline of Memorial Day.
