I am selling my 1994 Mustang GT with a 351w. I have owned this car since 1997 and I believe I am the second owner. When I purchased the car it had 33,000 miles on it and it has 149809 now. I hate to sell the car but we have a new one on the way and need to pay some bills.
I should point out that the body itself has 149809 but the engine has around 15,000 and the Tremec TKO has around 35,000 miles.
Mustang has the following..
Cobra R Hood, 351w roller block, Trick Flow stage 1 cam, AFR 185 heads, 1.7 stud mount roller rockers, Ford Racing 30lb injectors, Edelbrock RPM upper and lower with a 75 mm throttle body (converted to Fox style), 77 mm Pro-M mass air, Rattler balancer, Steeda aluminum radiator, BBK 1 3/4 Ceramic coated shorty headers, Tremec 3550 TKO 5-speed, aluminum balanced driveshaft, 8.8 rear end, 2.5" X-pipe, Dynomax 2.5" cat-back, 2.5" stainless tips, Eibach Pro-kit springs, new shocks in rear, new bushings in axle (upper control arms) replaced 2 years ago, Tweecer RT tuner. It does have a PLX-M300 wideband. The gauge is mounted under the radio and the wire harness runs to exhaust. When I put all new exhaust on last year, the sensor broke while changing out the X-pipe. So if you were to use that then you would want to replace this sensor. I believe they are around $60.
Engine runs very strong.
If you wish to see a couple videos on the car here are some links. Please note that on the first video, I had a different exhaust setup. The current exhaust is a little quieter.

I am sure that I am missing something in this list.
Now for the condition of the car..
Mustang is solid. I have kept it in the garage every year except for the first. I bought it in December of 97. It is painted laser red but could stand a new paint job. There are a few chips here and there but nothing out of the ordinary for a car of this age. There is one spot of rust that I am familiar with. It is on the front fender and is the result of someone hitting something (previous owner). I should have had it taken care of but never did. There will be a picture showing the rust. There underside has some typical surface rust but nothing major. Last summer I hit a stone on the windshield and it cracked. I went to have insurance repair it and was under the impression I had comp. Apparently I didn't and was not too happy about it. So it currently has a crack in the windshield and was told $160 would fix it. I would fix it now but I just dont have the extra cash to throw at it. Interior is in excellent shape. No rips or tears in seats. Everything works. On a side note, I would suggest having the AC recharged. It sorta went warm 2 years ago and last summer it didn't do much.

Detroit 3 to implement delayed unified towing standards for 2015
Mon, 10 Feb 2014Car buyers have a responsibility to be well-informed consumers. That's not always a very simple task, but some guidelines are self-evident. If you live in a very snowy climate, you generally know a Ford Mustang or Chevrolet Camaro might not be as viable a vehicle choice as an all-wheel drive Explorer or Traverse, for example. If you want a fuel-efficient car, it's generally a good idea to know the difference between a diesel and a hybrid. But what if it's kind of tough to be an informed consumer? What if the information you need is more difficult to come by, or worse, based on different standards for each vehicle? Well, in that case, you might be a truck shopper.
For years, customers of light-duty pickups have had to suffer through different ratings of towing capacities for each brand. For 2015 model year trucks, though, that will no longer be a problem. According to Automotive News, General Motors, Ford and Chrysler Group have announced that starting with next year's models, a common standard will be used to measure towing capacity. The Detroit Three will join Toyota, which adopted the Society of Automotive Engineers' so-called SAE J2807 standards way back in 2011.
The standard was originally supposed to be in place for MY2013, but concerns that it would lower the overall stated capacity for trucks led Detroit automakers to pass. Ford originally passed, claiming it'd wait until its new F-150 was launched to adopt the new standards, leading GM and Ram to follow suit. Nissan, meanwhile, has said it will adopt the new standards as its vehicles are updated, meaning the company's next-generation Titan should adhere to the same tow ratings as its competitors.

Mulally will stay close to Ford after he steps down, plans to advise Fields [w/video]
Fri, 27 Jun 2014Ford CEO Alan Mulally has less than a week left in his role of leading the Blue Oval before he hands off duties to Mark Fields on July 1. It doesn't look like Mulally is going to be shuffling off into his retirement anytime soon, though. The 68-year-old is being rather secretive about his next move, but he tells Bloomberg in a recent interview that he plans to stay close to Ford. Also, if Fields wants to ask for any advice, Mulally is happy to help.
Mulally took over at Ford in 2006 and led the company through a seriously rough patch in the auto industry. According to Bloomberg, he became famous or his Thursday meetings where executives were forced to deal with any problems before they could leave. Since announcing his retirement from Ford in May, Mulally has been insuring a smooth transition of power by traveling the world to all of company's major locations and saying goodbye to employees and dealers.
In terms of the future at Ford, Mulally doesn't predict any big changes in management style because the rest of the executive team is staying in place. He believes that Fields is going to maintain the processes already in place to keep things going. After all, it seems to be working. The company is predicting a return to profitability in Europe next year and is opening 88 new dealers in China. If the business could get its recalls under control, things could get even better.
