1986 Ford Mustang Convertible
Car has been off body restoration and complete new drivetrain. Most interior restoration has been done, except the seats. Car was in restoration process for 10 years. Drivetrain was put in within the last six months. Less than 100 miles on the new drivetrain. Runs and drives great! Car could be great for show, collectible, or daily driver. Motor was fuel injected 302 and tranny was automatic before rebuild. Car needs very little to be perfect. Car has manual windows, power locks, cd player, and heat. No a/c but only needs the compressor. Has new condensor for a/c. Motor and Transmission are Ford blue and body has been undercoated. A lot of time and money have been put into this car. Ford Focus Electric and ST recalled over lighting issue
Mon, 12 Aug 2013Ford is recalling 6,308 units of the 2012 and 2013 Focus Electric and 2013 Focus ST that were fitted with HID headlights because a "wiring incompatibility" could keep the front side marker lights from working. A bulletin from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the recall should begin in the middle of this month, after which owners can take their cars to dealers to have the wiring assembly repaired free of charge.

2015 Ford Mustang stars in bizarrely awesome '80s aerobics video
Wed, 30 Apr 2014For reasons we can't comprehend, here's a music video starring the all-new, 2015 Ford Mustang and a number of dancers dressed and styled in the most stereotypically 1980s way possible. The dancers then take part in a male-versus-female dance off. Again, we've no idea why it exists.
It's weird, and for the second time in two weeks, we're sat at our computer wondering, "What are we watching?" That said, it does show the new Mustang from a number of angles, and it's one of the first car-related YouTube videos we've seen that's available in a 4K, ultra-high-def stream.

Ford Explorer is America's new favorite police car
Mon, 24 Mar 2014There is a new vehicle that you should keep an eye out for when you're going a little too fast down the Interstate. Ford's Explorer-based Police Interceptor Utility was the bestselling new law enforcement model in the country last year, and signs show that won't be changing anytime soon.
Ford sold 14,086 Interceptor Utilities in 2013, up 140% from the year before, and 10,897 Interceptor Sedans, up 31%, according to USA Today. Overall, the brand's police sales were up 48 percent, and they were enough to boost the company's law enforcement vehicle market share by 9 points to nearly 50 percent.
The success comes just a few years after it made the decision to finally retire the long-serving Crown Victoria-based cruiser for two more modern vehicles. "We had to reinvent the category," said Chris Terry of Ford Communications to Autoblog. The automaker had to convince police departments that a unibody chassis without a V8 could perform better than a model that had been a law enforcement staple for years.
