This is a 1969 Ford F100 Custom Cab. It's got the Big Block 360 FE motor and 4 speed T19 transmission on the floor with granny first gear.
Brand new wheels and tires installed, see below for details. This truck looks and runs great. It has been repainted to the current Maroon color, which is NOT the factory color. The paint looks good but is faded in some areas. Almost no rust other than the drip rail. Bed has been sprayed with bed liner, some areas of rust are visible on the tailgate. Still has the original California black plates. The interior is very clean. No carpeting. After market stereo, not hooked up. Truck needs some work to be reliable daily driver. Sold as is, no warranty. New parts list includes: NEW Yokohoma Prodigy HT tires all around P235 75 R15 with 1 mile on them. NEW 15" Rebel Racing Outlaw 2 aluminum wheels with 1 mile on them. Old vs. new debate gets new life with $25,000 Fiesta ST vs. E46 M3 showdown

There's probably a few of you reading; the ones that say, "Why would I spend $27,000 on a new Mazda MX-5 when I could get a used Chevrolet Corvette with more power." Yes, we're talking to you, used car proponents. While it is a fair argument, it's not like used cars don't come with drawbacks of their own, though.
In an attempt to put this new-versus-used argument to bed once and for all, Matt Farah of the The Smoking Tire has picked up a pair of $25,000 cars - a used, but lightly modified, 2003 BMW M3 and a 2013 Ford Fiesta ST. Naturally, there's a comparison.
Farah, as he's wont to do, does get into the nitty gritty of what each car is like to drive, and discusses the merits of used and new-car shopping. But as he rightly points out while testing the M3, "So, it is a good car. But like any used car, it really does depend on the individual car."
2014 Ford Fusion order guide reveals new base Hybrid model, equipment changes
Tue, 23 Apr 2013We've gotten our grubby little digits on the dealer order guide for the as-yet-unreleased 2014 Ford Fusion thanks to an anonymous tipster, and while there isn't much that's unexpected, there are some meaningful equipment changes to report after the rakish sedan's first year on the market.
Mechanically, the big news is, of course, the recently confirmed availability of the 1.5-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder paired with a six-speed automatic. The powertrain replaces the 1.6-liter automatic setup of 2013, though if you want a manual transmission, you'll still get the extra .1-liter of displacement.
On the equipment front, there are newly available rear inflatable seatbelts - as seen previously on the Explorer - along with a new heated steering wheel and cooled seat option on Titanium and Titanium Hybrid models (the latter two options will be late availability).
