1993 Ford explorer 4x4 xlt
I have owned this for about 4 years
Nice truck hate to see it go
I bought it to pull my boat, the only time I really ever drive it, hence the low miles (it only has a 5 place odometer so I am pretty sure it has only rolled over once)
I have put in new front brakes and shocks all the way around, air shocks in back.
replaced transmision lines a few years back
It has the usual Ford rust(see Pictures), but I would drive this anywhere
Four wheel drive works but only in high, I never drive that slow anyway. Fun to drive in the snow with the four wheel drive.
It needs a catalitic converter and y pipe they have pin holes and leak truck is a little loud.
Has a 1/2 dollar size bullseye(see Pictures) in the front windshield from a rock that hit it, no cracks I just haven't felt the need to replace it.
Tires are decent
Runs well
shifts as it should
On Feb-06-13 at 19:41:18 PST, seller added the following information:
Just remembered the airconditioning doesn't work, however was converted to 134a before I bought it.
Must pickup vehicle within 7 days or it will be relisted, and you forfeit your deposit.
Also vehicle is so old and odometer is only 5 places it is exemt from mileage on title

2015 Ford Edge debuts with fresh tech inside and out
Tue, 24 Jun 2014
Edge will be the first Ford-badged product to come standard with EcoBoost power.
Ford officially unveiled the all-new, third-generation Edge today at its Dearborn home, announcing that the latest version of the popular crossover will ride on the same CD4 architecture that underpins the Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ. The Edge will also be the first Ford-badged product to come standard with EcoBoost power.
Ford reports 58% drop in Q2 profits on European losses
Wed, 25 Jul 2012
Ford Motor Company announced Wednesday that it has posted a $1 billion profit for the second quarter of 2012. That sounds like good news for the Blue Oval, until you take into account that Ford posted a $2.4 billion profit for Q2 a year ago. That is a substantial 58 percent loss.
Ford also posted $465 million in international losses, with $404 million of those losses coming directly from Europe. The automaker also increased its European loss projections to $1 billion for 2012, due in large part to the economic crisis overseas, which has resulted in increased unemployment and decreased consumer confidence.
How that awesome Mustang R/C car chase vid was made
Tue, 06 Aug 2013We've reported on a few R/C car chase videos in the past. One in particular that stands out as a favorite is Zach King's "The Cliché RC Action Chase." It featured a pair of Ford Mustang coupes racing through a cardboard city, plowing into outdoor patios and busting through construction zones. It was wonderfully creative and fun to watch, yet we know there was more to its creation than a bunch of guys fooling around with a camera one afternoon.
Turns out we were right, as evidenced by this video produced by Ford that takes us behind the scenes of Zach's creation. The young filmmaker explains why he chose the Mustang to star in his video, as well as how the cardboard sets were created, what equipment they used for shooting and what it was like when his video went viral. Ford found the young filmmaker and produced the followup as part of its Mustang Countdown video series, which will see a new video about the Mustang culture released every week until the original muscle car's anniversary on April 17, 2014.
Want to make an RC chase video of your own? Yeah, we do too. Watch the behind-the-scenes video below (you can refresh yourself on the mini feature film, too) before you get started.
