This excursion is in very nice condition as shown in the pictures. Its been very well maintained over the years. It is loaded with options. New last year it had the seats recovered and they look great. It also had all of the stock speakers replaced with Rockford Fosgate equipment and they have a nice and clean sound. It has a Kenwood in-dash DVD system that also plays over the stock rear screen.
Last year the truck was in a small accident and I replaced the bumper, fender, tire and headlight. It came out looking very nice. There is a long scratch in the fender on the front pass side. There are no other significant scratches or dents on the exterior. The drive-train of this truck has treated me very well. I replaced all of the injectors last year, but no other major repairs have ever been required. I have maintained it religiously with Motorcraft filters and have replaced the fuel filters at least twice a year. The rear tires will need to be replaced in the next 10k miles, fronts are new. I strongly encourage any bidders to inspect the pictures closely and to ask any and all questions. I will do my best to accurately describe this truck. Ford and Chrysler reducing summer plant shutdowns
Wed, 22 May 2013Most domestic automaker assembly plants traditionally take a couple of weeks off during the summer. The shutdowns give each plant time for much needed repairs and maintenance, and in some cases, help better align production with demand. Not this year, though, as demand for many models is outstripping what Ford, Chrysler and General Motors plants can produce.
Ford has announced that it will shorten its annual summer shutdown for most North American plants from two weeks to one. The shorter shutdown will increase the carmaker's annual North American production by 40,000 units on top of the 200,000 extra units that it was already planning to produce this year versus last. Automotive News reports that Ford produced 2.8 million vehicles on this continent in 2012, and that output this year has already increased 13 percent through April.
Chrysler, meanwhile, is also operating at full tilt and plans to run some plants through the summer with no shutdown at all. Those not getting a break include Jefferson North where the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango are assembled, Toledo North that will assemble the new Cherokee, and Conner Avenue, home of SRT Viper production. Other assembly plants will be down for a single week, while all of Chrysler's engine and transmission plants except one in Indiana will continue operating with no shutdown this summer.

2015 Ford Mustang production to begin on July 14? Not quite, says Ford
Thu, 10 Jul 2014Mustang6g.com believes that it has unlocked start date for 2015 Ford Mustang production citing a Ford dealer communiqué. According to the report, job one on the 2015 hardtop will allegedly start in just a few days, on July 14, although units that are known as "OK to Buy" won't enter production until September 9. The cars built between those dates are most likely final pre-production cars for the executive test fleet, and will likely include the cars we'll be driving at the media launch.
Sun worshippers, meanwhile, would seem to have a longer wait. Job one on the droptop supposedly isn't slated to start until September 14, with production models starting on October 27. As is the case with the hardtop, these final pre-pros are for the execs and media to test, while actual dealer orders will come from vehicles made after the October date.
After speaking to Ford, though, we wouldn't put a great deal of stock in those dates as reported. We reached out to Said Deep, Ford's North American Product Communications Manager.
