I am selling my 1972 Ford Bronco project. this is an extremely good start to one of the coolest roadsters on the planet. I have been working on this project for the last 7 years. the following is what is curently completed on the project. The pictures shown are an assortment of pictures during the build to this point the ones with the brown hood on and the floors complete are what it looks like at the present time.

The frame was set on a frame bench and custom built for this project. It has a Fat man fabrications mustang II front suspension with solid stainless control arms and air ride tech. billet air suspension with large two piston Wilwood disc brakes. the rear suspension is Fat man four link with narrowed 9 inch. center section included but no brakes yet.

The drive train is 2004 Mustang GT out of a doner car with 53k miles 4.6, automatic. (installed only not running yet)

The body has been completly rebuilt, quaters are uncut from Arizona, doors are solid and front fenders are aftermarket. windshield post has been cut 3 inches. Sheet metal work is 90% complete , I had the fire wall and floors completed by a local Nascar Fab shop (they look fantastic).  Just going to need some inner fenders once steering and master cylinder have been installed. the floors and fire wall are all custom built to fit , the tail gate is welded solid . wheels are new as well as the Nitto Tires (2k alone).

I will only consider serious buyers, I am not looking to trade anything I have over 20 k in this right now. finished right it should bring close to 80k easily.

Do not ask how much it would take to make it a 4x4 again or how hard it would be to put a top back on it.I will assume you do not have the same vision for it that I have and that you are not a serious buyer.

I do have a clean title for this truck

for further information feel free to email me or even Give me a call (Doug 704-677-0980) so I can give you a better understanding for what you would be getting for your investment.

2015 Ford F-150 specs revealed, EcoBoost 2.7L to make 325 hp and 375 lb-ft [w/video]

Tue, 22 Jul 2014

Our new man Greg Migliore is in attendance at a Ford media event at the Blue Oval's Dearborn, MI headquarters today, and he's reported in with a handful of the 2015 F-150 stats that we've been dying to know. Ford is slow-playing the news release here, but we can still offer up some interesting output and performance figures after half-year of waiting.
We have all be quite aware that Ford's shift to aluminum construction would save a lot of weight for F-150 models, and the results we're hearing now are duly impressive. For instance: in Super Crew trim, a 2015 F-150 is a whopping 732-pounds lighter than was its closest 2014-model-year equivalent. That's like hauling three middle-aged dudes to your bowling alley's league night for free. Polish your balls, guys.
Ford isn't willing to offer up any actual curb weights just yet, but if we take that 732-pound loss and extrapolate with the 5,128-pound curb weight of the 2014 F-150 Super Crew with the 3.7-liter V6, we can guesstimate that 2015 models will measure out in the 4,400-pound range. That's impressive.

Ford Recalling 70k Escape and Mariner Hybrids for cooling issue

Fri, 12 Sep 2014

Ford is recalling about 70,209 examples of the 2005-2008 Ford Escape Hybrid and the 2006-2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid because the cooling pumps for their hybrid systems could fail.
According to the company's defect notice, it's possible for the original "Motor Electronics Coolant (MEC) Pump" to wear out and fail, which would could cause the hybrid system to overheat. If this happens, the vehicle goes into a safety mode that takes away most or all of its power. However, braking and steering still operate normally. After cooling down, the affected models restart normally. The company says that it's not aware of any accidents or injuries related to this problem.
Ford will begin repairing the vehicles in late October, and dealers will be installing improved, brushless pumps on the affected models at no charge to owners. If drivers had their pumps fail before this recall, they can contact Ford for a possible reimbursement. Scroll down to read the recall announcement from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or download the full defect notice as a PDF, here.

Last 2014 Ford Shelby GT500 Convertible nets $500k for charity at Barrett-Jackson [w/video]

Tue, 13 Aug 2013

The last 2014 Ford Shelby GT500 Convertible was sold on Saturday at a Barrett-Jackson auction in Reno, Nevada, for $500,000. Ford donated the Mustang to be auctioned for charity, and all of the money is going to the Brain Injury Association of America.
Parnelli Jones, winner of the 1963 Indianapolis 500, was there on behalf of the BIAA with his son Page, who suffered a brain injury in a sprint car crash in 1994. The bidding increased quickly, reaching $500k in no time, spreading a bit more hope to people who live with brain injuries.
The winning bidder will be able to choose the GT500's exterior, interior and stripe colors, and is scheduled to receive the car, signed by Parnelli Jones in appreciation for the donation, by the end of 2013. Watch the video below to see the auction-block action.
