AVERAGE ADD $1780.00! This was my first Ferrari and I had all the same worries about buying, owning, driving and servicing a Ferrari but now that I am an owner, I can tell you that it is all hype! Sure, if you buy an older model you can have big service/maintenance costs but a 2003 360 F1 Modena doesn’t need the engine out for the Major services like the older 355’s and earlier models. This car is nothing short of AMAZING and EXHILARATING to drive and everything you would expect without all the worries associated with buying a pre-owned, FERARRI. The vehicle is in superb condition inside as you can see in the pictures! The pictures were taken August 2, 2014. NO sticky button issues and over $20K in CUSTOMIZATIONS: Custom stereo, flip out touch
screen with NAVIGATION, iPOD, A/V and COLOR REAR BACK UP CAMERA! LIMITED EDITION FACTORY Sun Roof Fully Loaded: - F1 Paddle Shift Transmission Everything is in great overall condition. With all of the customizations and upgrades this vehicle is an EXCELLENT value. Don't miss this deal! New owner has nothing to do but enjoy the car for a long time. As you can see from the pictures, this car is gorgeous! The paint is glossy and
the car is in excellent condition! There are no rips or tears in
the seats, no stickiness, NON SMOKER! Here
is your chance to own an extremely rare car in excellent condition for a
fraction of the price over new! You

Ferrari testing 458 Challenge Evoluzione at Mugello
Sat, 09 Nov 2013Ferrari makes road cars, it makes racecars, and it makes road cars into racecars. The 458 Challenge falls into the latter category, transforming the 458 Italia into the basis for Maranello's one-make spec racing series. It replaced the F430 Challenge in 2011, which in turn followed the 360 Challenge, F355 Challenge and 348 Challenge that started it all in the mid-90s.
Now the Prancing Horse marque is set to move the game forward again with the revised 458 Challenge Evoluzione. Seen here undergoing testing at what could be any tree-lined circuit but is likely Mugello (which Ferrari just happens to own in addition to the Fiorano test track at the factory), the 458 Challenge Evoluzione takes a step further with a new aerodynamics package.
Other changes will likely be nominal, and Ferrari will probably offer existing customer racers the option of upgrading to stay at the front of the pack instead of replacing their $300k racers entirely. One way or another, Ferrari is set to unveil the 458 Challenge Evoluzione, also at Mugello, after the conclusion this year's Finali Mondiali, the event that ties up the end of Ferrari Challenge series from around the world next week.
1960 Ferrari 250 GT sells for over $8 million in record-setting RM auction weekend
Tue, 22 Jan 2013Although the vast majority of eyeballs were tuned to the madness at Barrett-Jackson this past weekend, that televised car auction wasn't the only high-dollar game in Arizona. RM Auctions brought its usual gaggle of exotic wares to the desert, and the car that came out on top sold for much more than Barrett-Jackson's highest sale, the Batmobile.
Coming out on top at RM last weekend was Lot 164, a 1960 Ferrari 250 GT SWB Berlinetta 'Competizione' that sold for a massive $8,140,000 - the buyer could've nearly bought two Barris Batmobiles for that chunk of change. Lot 122, a 1967 Shelby 427 'Semi-Competition' Cobra, stood at $2,007,500 in second place, just in front of Lot 145, a 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4, which sold for $1,842,500.
After all said and done, RM reported $36.4 million in sales. That's a record for RM in Arizona, even though the total number of lots for 2013 was reduced significantly. Eight machines cracked the million-dollar mark, and you can see all of them in the press release right down below or peruse all of the auction results here. But first, be sure to scroll through our high-res image gallery of live photos above.
Ferrari chairman ticked off by Alonso
Wed, 31 Jul 2013Luca Cordero di Montezemolo does not strike us as the kind of person we'd want to cross. We imagine the Chairman of Ferrari as sort of like an automotive Don Corleone, a thought that is further confirmed when we hear about the aftermath of last weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.
Fernando Alonso made some unsubstantiated remarks that have angered his team, with The Daily Mail reporting that when asked after the race what he wanted for his birthday, the Spaniard responded "Someone else's car." And while no one seems to know exactly what was said, it was enough to prompt a personal phone call from the boss of Ferrari on Alonso's birthday for a dressing down.
Montezemolo reminded Alonso that, "All the great champions who have driven for Ferrari have always been asked to put the interests of the team above their own. This is the moment to stay calm, avoid polemics and show humility and determination in making one's own contribution, standing alongside the team and its people both at the track and outside it."
