3 DAY AUCTION ONLY!!!!!! Up for bids is a 2004 Dodge Stratus 4-S. The car has 120,272 miles on it. The person that owned this car started to repair it and decided to buy a new car instead. It has a timing belt issue and Im not sure if it has a new belt on it or still the old one. There is a few minor parts still off it as the owner did not complete the job. All the parts are there as are the bolts etc. I feel this would be an easy fix for anyone or a cheap repair if you took it to a mechanic shop. It has the 2.4 engine in it. The price I have on this car is low enough that no matter what you have to do to it you will have a decent car for little cash. Im not trying to get a bunch of money out of this , just want to pass it on to someone that likes these cars and wants to repair it. This car has a NADA book value way over $4000 when completed. The Stratus has 4 new tires on it so you know it must have been a decent car till the belt thing happened for them to spend that much on tires for it. I think they are Goodyear tires which aren't cheap. The body on the car is pretty nice with a few very minor dings etc, paint still shines nice. The interior needs cleaning and is in decent condition. The seats are good with a bad place on the back of the passenger seat which looks like maybe someone caught it with something and tore it. The carpet needs cleaning but the dash and console are all good. I think one of the door panels has a couple places on it, not sure what caused that but its still decent. This would make someone a nice car guys with just a little work. Price a car such as this on a lot somewhere, probably over 5 grand so you know this is a great deal. Checkout my feedback as its well over 500 and all positive. You don't get feedback like that if you lie and cheat people so rest assure your dealing with an honest ebayer. Mopar rolls out new Scat Packages for Dodge Challenger, Charger and Dart
Tue, 05 Nov 2013Dodge buyers looking for that extra performance edge, take note: Mopar is bringing back the Scat Pack. Announced at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas today, the new Scat Packages will be available in three stages for the Challenger, Charger and Dart starting next spring.
Upgrades for the Charger and Challenger equipped with the 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine include a
new cold-air intake and cat-back exhaust, as well as a remapped ECU. Upgrade to the Scat Package 2 and you get a new camshaft, and the Scat Package 3 tosses in ported and polished heads and hi-flow headers. Upgrades for the Dart GT with the smaller 2.4-liter, four-cylinder Tigershark engine with six-speed manual transmission start with a cold-air intake, short-throw shifter and upgraded brakes. The second stage kicks in a remapped ECU and cat-back exhaust, while the Scat Package 3 for the Dart gives you even bigger brakes, an adjustable suspension and sway bars front and rear.

The Gas Guzzler schedule, with mpg ratings and charges that haven't changed since 1991, lays out which fuel-swillers owe what to Uncle Sam.
I started thinking about the "Gas Guzzler Tax" - considerably less well known as The Energy Tax Act of 1978 - when I was driving Dodge's new Challenger SRT Hellcat last week. Unsurprisingly for a car that can burn 1.5 gallons of gas per minute at max tilt, theoretically able to empty a full tank of premium in about 13 minutes, the Hellcat will be subject to the Gas Guzzler Tax schedule when it goes on sale.
2013 Dodge Dart GT
Mon, 16 Dec 2013My younger brother bought a Dodge Dart earlier this summer. It's a basic SXT, in Maximum Steel Metallic, with the 2.0-liter engine, a six-speed automatic transmission and not a whole lot else. Unfortunately, at the time, the Dart was one of the few cars in the compact class I'd never driven. I didn't know a lot about it, and therefore, didn't have a lot to say when he bought it. I think the words "based on an Alfa," popped out when I first saw it.
As it turns out, he's grown quite fond of the dark gray sedan, so it was with some degree of enthusiasm that I paid him a visit in this bright-orange Dart GT. I was excited to see what it was about the Dart that he enjoyed so much, despite my tester featuring a different engine, transmission and a lot more tech. After a week with the car, though, I must say: I don't quite see what all the fuss is about.
