2008 Dodge Ram 4500 Crew Cab with a Heavy Duty Flatbed, Goose Neck Hitch, and Reese Hitch. It's also equipped with a Trailer Brake Controller! This Truck only has 69000 Miles on it, and the Cummins Diesel Engine has almost seven months, and over thirty thousand miles, left on the factory warranty! This truck is a very strong runner and is equipped with a six speed manual transmission, that is pretty rare, and very desirable, on a truck with this kind of hauling capacity! The clutch engages very smoothly, with no shuddering, or slippage! The transmission, shifts very smoothly, and makes no unusual noises! This truck is ready to work! The rear tires have quite a bit of life left in them (see pictures) and the front tires have a lot of tread left! It has vinyl seats and a rubber mat, as well as a very cold air conditioner, and a nice sounding, factory stereo. It has cruise control as well. The batteries are about a year old. The truck appears to have not been smoked in, and the lighter hasn't even been used. This truck would make an ideal work truck, or would be equally at home, hauling a family and a travel trailer. All of the manuals are also included. Chrysler minivans under investigation for stalling after fuel refill
Wed, 10 Sep 2014According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, at least one man has reported that his 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan stalled unexpectedly on the highway shortly after being refueled. The unidentified man who contacted NHTSA regarding the issue cited as many as eight similar instances reported by other drivers.
NHTSA has announced that it will launch an inquiry into this issue, which could affect as many as 160,000 minivans from Dodge and Chrysler that were sold in 2007 (or more, if a problem is found that extends to additional models years, we'd assume). As of yet, there's no formal investigation, let alone a recall, on these vans, as the agency is merely determining if further action is needed.
Two months ago, Chrysler recalled nearly 700,000 vehicles, the majority of which were minivans, from the 2008-2010 model years to replace ignition switches after an investigation found that their weak springs and detent positions could fool a driver into thinking the car was in the "Run" position, when it's actually in the "Accessory" position.
How to turn a Dodge airport tug into a trail slayer

Just nine days before the so-called Ultimate Adventure 2014, the folks behind 4-Wheel & Off-Road had 40 tasks to complete in order to turn the ratty truck pictured above into a machine that could excel on treacherous off-road trails while still being able to handle highway jaunts. Much of process behind the build was chronicled on the latest episode of Dirt Every Day.
The team's vehicle started life as a 1990 Dodge tug truck that spent part of its life hauling around airplanes. The builders hung on to the Cummins six-cylinder diesel, but they tossed out practically everything else for the project, with some seriously heavy-duty replacement parts for the transmission, transfer case, axles and a whole lot more. The process was certainly a ton of work, but the end result looks like a fantastic crawler.
Sure, it might have been easier to bring a truck that was already prepared, but where would the fun in that have been? Stay tuned until the end of the video for a few glimpses of the completed Dodge and peek at some of the punishment it goes through.

Travis Pastrana drove his GRC Dart to victory lane in the fourth race of the car's inaugural season, and his race team is looking for even more success with the addition of off-road racer Bryce Menzies behind the wheel of the second car.
