DUE TO THE SCUMBAGS STARTING TO ROB YOU NOW ON EBAY ,I CAN EMAIL YOU THE VIN # AND A COPY OF THE TITLE IF YOU WISH.

THIS IS A BIG WINDOW CAB .FACTORY A/C TRUCK SWEPT SIDE LONG BED 3/4 TON 4X4..440 CID WITH A 727 TRANS WITH DIVORCED TRANSFER CASE.

THIS IS A CLEAN A NEAR RUST FREE 1970 DODGE POWER WAGON....I DO HAVE A PRETTY GOOD HISTORY ON THE POWER WAGON.

SAME OWNER FOR THE LAST 20 YRS...I BOUGHT THIS TRUCK WITH THE INTENTIONS OF USING IT ON A TIME TO TIME BASIS FOR JUST RUNNING AROUND TOWN WITH THE DOG HAULING HAY ECT..

PLANS HAVE NOW CHANGED AND THE TRUCK IS BACK ON THE MARKET FOR SALE.(I ENDED UP BUYING A NEWER CHEVY 4X4 FOR PART TIME DRIVER SO MY KID COULD LEARN HOW TO DRIVE MORE USER FRIENDLY)

THIS TRUCK WAS OWNED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER FOR ALMOST 20 YRS.

IT HAS BEEN IN STORAGE FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS INSIDE A BIG SHOP.

THE 440 MOTOR THAT IS IN IT IS A FRESH BUILD WITH UNDER 1K MILES ALSO THE 727 AUTO TRANSMISSION IS ALSO A LOW MILE BUILD BUT IT WAS DONE B4 THE MOTOR FROM MY UNDERSTANDING

I HAVE ONLY DRIVEN THIS TRUCK ABOUT 5 MILES

IT HAS GOOD EXHAUST TOO.

IT HAS PRETTY DESCENT PAINT STILL AND A VERY CLEAN AND STRAIGHT BODY.

IT WAS INVOLVED IN A ACCIDENT MANY YEARS AGO AND WAS HIT ON THE LEFT REAR CORNER OF THE BED WHEN THE OTHER GUY OWNED IT.I HAVE A COPY OF THE POLICE REPORT TO SHOW DATE,TIME AND DAMAGE TO THE TRUCK...IT WAS A TOTAL FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE GUY BOUGHT IT BACK AND DID THE PROPER REPIARS AND KEPT ON DRIVING IT..THE TITLE IS A SALVAGE FROM MANY YRS AGO.

THIS TRUCK SEEMS TO DRIVE GOOD THERE IS NO FRAME DAMAGE ,I CRAWLED AROUD UNDER IT AND DID A GOOD INSPECTION OF IT B4 IT WAS BOUGHT,IT LOOKS GOOD AND DOES NOT EFFECT THE WAY THE TRUCK DROVE ,BUT IT STILL HOLDS THE BRANDED SALVAGE TITLE....

THE TRUCK START RIGHT UP AND SHIFTS THRU THE GEARS AS IT SHOULD.

IT HAS MINIMUM RUST A FEW LITTLE BUBBLES IN THE PAINT ON THE DOOR BOTTOM EDGES ARE STARTING.THE FLOOR SEEMS SOLID WITH ONLY SOME SURFACE RUST AND A FEW MINOR PIN HOLES.

THE BED IS STRAIGHT AND CLEAN NOT ALL BEAT UP IT HAD A CAMPER IN IT MOST OF ITS LIFE.

WHEELS ARE 16.5 X10.WELD RACING WHEELS AND TIRES ARE BFGOODRICH WITH ABOUT 40 % TRED LEFT.

BARDEN REAR BUMPER IS THE REAL DEAL IT HAS A CLASS 3 HITCH ALSO.

THE BRAKES WHERE DONE ABOUT 5 MOTHS AGO BUT THE RIGHT FRONT SEEMS TO BE GRABBING TOO HARD THE MECHANIC SAID THAT ITS BECAUSE IT HAD FLUID ON THE DRUM AND IT WOULD STOP ONCE IT WAS DRIVEN A LITTLE AND USED

IT DOES HAVE A/C BUT THE CONDENSER IS MISSING.REST OF IT IS INTACTED.

IT DOES HAVE POWER BRAKES,BUT NO POWER STEERING.(AGAIN THIS IS A MANS TRUCK NOT SOME NEW SOFT RIDING SHOW TRUCK.

ORIGINAL RUBBER FLOOR MAT IS STILL IN PLACE AND STILL IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE FOR BEING 43 YRS OLD

THE SEAT HAS BEEN REDONE ONCE OVER THE YRS BUT NEEDS TO BE FRESHENED UP AGAIN.THE CUSHION IS STILL FIRM AND NICE BUT THE TUCK AND ROLL MATERIAL NEEDS TO BE -DONE WITH A MORE OE STYLE LOOK.

FRONT AND REAR ENDS HAVE ALSO BEEN REDONE WITH 4.11 GEARS ,I ALSO HAVE A SET OF 3.56 THAT COMES WITH IT IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE GEAR RATIO.

ALSO HAVE EXTRA SIDE TRIM FOR THE TRUCK.

ALL THE GAUGES WORK..OIL..TEMP..CHARGING..FUEL.. THE SPEEDO DOES NOT WORK...

IT ALSO HAS 3 FUEL TANKS  2 SADDLE AND 1 BEHIND THE SEAT.

TURN SIGNALS WORK ..THE INDICATORS WORK ON THE DASH ALSO..THE BRAKE LIGHTS AND THE HEADLIGHTS ALSO WORK.

THE WIPERS WORK AND THE EMEGENCY BRAKE WORKS .

THE OLD STYLE INDASH RADIO STILL WORKS TOO.

THE DASH PAD IS NOT CRACKED AND THE DASH IS UNCUT.

THE FLOOR SHIFTER WAS MODIFIED AND CHANGD TO SHIFT  IN AND OUT OF 4X4 SO SOMEONE COULD SIT IN THE MIDDLE AND HAVE ROOM FOR THEIR LEGS.

THE SLIDER REAR WINDOW WAS A FACTORY OPTION IN THE BIG WINDOW CAB.

IT ALSO HAS 3 SEAT BELTS SO YOU CAN RIDE 3 WIDE.

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THIS TRUCK A DAILY DRIVER HERE IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE .

1.HAVE THE FRONT RIGHT BRAKE LOOKED AT TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERTHING IS OK.

2.PUT SOME FRESH GAS IN IT A DRIVE IT..

3.MAYBE A FRESH TUNE UP AND OIL CHANGE IT HAS NOT BEEN USED MUCH IN THE PAST 1 YEAR.

4.ENJOY IT AND USE IT IT HAS BEEN PARKED INSIDE A PUT AWAY FOR TOO MANY YRS IT NEEDS TO BE DRIVEN.

TITLE IS FREE AND CLEAR WITH A LONG HISTORY OF NON-OP,IT IS STILL REGISTERED TO THE OLD OWNER,IT WAS SIGNED OFF IN 2009 BY HIM,THE TRUCK HAS BEEN ON THE BACK BURNER AND ONY DRIVEN A FEW MILES A YR UNTIL I BOUGHT IT.

IF THIS BOTHERS YOU THAT ITS SIGNED OFF MY THE OLD OWNER AND NOT REGISTERED TO ME DO NOT BID...I HAVE A CALIF TITLE SIGNED AND READY TO GO TO NEW OWNER.

IT IS A SALVAGE TITLE TRUCK ,BUT IT WAS ONLY DRIVERS SIDE REAR CORNER OF THE BED AND BUMPER  DAMAGE AND NOTHING ELSE.

Dodge not being dropped by Chrysler, CEO reaffirms

Mon, 16 Sep 2013

Dodge isn't going anywhere. Despite some rumor and speculation over the future of the crosshair grille and the cars that wear it, Dodge brand boss, Tim Kuniskis, sat down with TheDetroitBureau.com, explaining that the marque isn't going anywhere. His sentiments echo those of SRT boss Ralph Gilles, who told a group of enthusiasts in July that "Dodge is here to stay!"
Dodge's death won't be "a part of a master plan to consolidate brands," Kuniskis told TheDetroitBureau.com. Instead, the brand, which is ultimately under the command of Fiat/Chrysler CEO, Sergio Marchionne, will likely ditch some of its badge-engineered models, like the Dodge Grand Caravan. A more focused Dodge, which was something Gilles has already hinted at, will likely see it exploring areas of the market that haven't been exploited by other Chrysler brands.
Kuniskis, not surprisingly, wasn't willing to delve into any detailed product plans, telling TDB that the size of the brand's lineup "remains to be seen." Regardless of how big the brand actually ends up being (it is presently Chrysler's volume brand - and not by a little), hopefully the statements from Kuniskiss can put the rumors of a Dodge closure to bed.

NHTSA investigating Chrysler for airbags, ignition switches

Wed, 18 Jun 2014

Chrysler is being targeted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in a pair of actions that focus on over 1.2 million Jeeps, minivans and crossovers.
The first is a "preliminary investigation" that focuses on an airbag issue afflicting the Jeep Commander built in model years 2006 and 2007 and Grand Cherokee from 2005 to 2006. In total, 700,000 vehicles could potentially be affected. It's not entirely clear what the airbag issue is, with The Detroit Free Press simply stating that the restraint systems in the affected Jeeps may be "faulty."
The other investigation is what's called a "recall query" and it covers a problem that General Motors should be familiar with. In this case, there could be a problem with the ignition switches of 525,000 vehicles, ranging from 2008 to 2010 Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan minivans, to the 2008 to 2010 Dodge Journey crossover. Again, it's not entirely clear what sort of behavior prompted the 32 complaints that NHTSA has received on these vehicles.

2015 Ford Mustang vs. Camaro and Challenger [w/poll]

Thu, 17 Jul 2014

The horsepower wars are tightening among the Detroit Three, as the Ford Mustang, Chevrolet Camaro and Dodge Challenger are getting bigger, more powerful, and yes, more fuel efficient.
That came into sharper focus this week as more information was revealed about the most insane Challenger ever - the 707-horsepower Hellcat - followed quickly by Ford's in-depth showcase of the 2015 Mustang in Dearborn.
It's shaping up to be a golden age for enthusiasts, and what's under the hood is becoming more important than ever.
