Hello EBay Ive been driving the truck and it is a Blast! More attention than my corvette lol Mostly from older guys but still cool to talk about it. Its a real solid 68 dodge truck, a real Mopar fans truck honestly. The body is straight as an arrow, no rust or dents it just needs painted ( was going to paint it but would rather leave it clean sleight for buyer to choose color. The interior is pretty good, needs a good detail and a few odds and ends. He installed an aftermarket sony head unit and Memphis audio speakers and actually sounds good over the loud rumble of the exhaust. It has a nice set of Flowmaster 40 series'.
The cluster's in remarkably good condition, looks like they've been restored but they're factory. Seat has no tears and it actually ride comfortably. Engine is a FRESH 318, bottom end is an original freshened block with a new magnum top end, new edlebrock 650 AVS ( and not the cheap $300 one ) the 727 transmission shifts good and firm, not a bit of slip, driveline is solid, nice 8 3/4 rear-end, its clean underneath. The truck really just needs paint and honestly most people that see it and check it out say they would def not paint it, and that it looks Awesome as is which its definitely starting to grow on me with the flat black and polished deep dishes as well. The wheels and tires are new, new master cylinder, just a TON of new parts. You wont be satisfied with her unless you come check it out and drive it. Then you'll be hooked. Cant really find any trucks to compare to price it other than one online that has no engine or tranny, stock steelies and some rust for $3800. We did however find the old car and truck book values and low book is $6100, average is $10k and high is $18k which I assume would be a show quality truck, the truck is def in average shape but I feel $6k is a fair starting price.
If you feel like making a fair trade offer or solid cash offer feel free to contact me. Title is in hand, truck is legal and inspected, turn key, drive it for a several hour trip! Good friend drove it ALL last summer and she doesn't get hot and have any issues.
Just changed the oil with Fresh Brad Penn and a Mopar Filter!

Dodge reveals a few of the goodies in the Demon crate
Tue, Mar 14 2017One of the teaser trailers for the eagerly anticipated Dodge Challenger Demon featured a big crate full of goodies for the car. As with the car, though, Dodge was a bit coy about what was inside, simply saying there were 18 items, consisting of tools and parts. Now we know what tools the car gets, and they're some very nice Snap-On pieces. All of the tools and accessories are branded with the Demon logo. And the tools included should be perfect for easy tire changes at the track. Specifically, the tools include a hydraulic jack, cordless impact wrench with charger, torque wrench, and a tire pressure gauge. There's also a fender cover to protect the paint when working under the hood, and a nice carrying bag with the Demon emblem on the side. And, naturally, all of the tools are limited-edition units made specifically to accompany the Demon. If you want to do anything more involved than wheel swaps, you'll need to supply a few tools of your own. But this should be good for the weekend drag racer or autocross driver who wants to drive down to the course on street tires, then throw on the sticky rubber at the track. Also, as you may have noted, these tools only constitute six items in Dodge's count, leaving 12 others that must be car parts. We know that among the parts are some factory Demon wheels, and items that Dodge describes as "Direct Connection Performance Parts" and the "Demon Track Pack System." Details on these remain scarce, but they will probably be revealed closer to the car's debut date of April 11. Related Video:
Junkyard Gem: 1963 Dodge Dart two-door sedan
Mon, Mar 6 2017The 1963-1966 Dodge Dart, sibling to the Plymouth Valiant, was sturdy, cheap, and easy to drive, and it sold very well. Here's a worn-but-solid example of the two-door '63 Dart sedan, spotted in a Denver-area self-service wrecking yard. The only transmission choices for the Dart this year were a three-speed manual and an automatic controlled by Chrysler's famous dash-mounted pushbutton shifter. These shifters worked surprisingly well, even when used for road racing. Starting in the 1964 model year, the Dart could be purchased with a 273-cubic-inch V8 engine, but in 1963 Dart buyers had but two engine choices: a slant-6 displacing 170 cubic inches and good for 101 horsepower and a slant-6 displacing 225 cubic inches and making 145 horsepower. This car has the big engine. This is one of the most reliable engines to come out of Detroit, period. The interior is pretty beat, but the metal isn't rusty. You'd think that someone would have rescued this car long before it came to this sorry end, but perhaps Dart restorers only want numbers-matching V8 cars these days.
