Hi: A 1950 Dodge Panel Truck. This truck has been in a museum for the last 20 years. The body is in very nice shape. There is little to no rust in the body. I think if there ever was any, it was fixed 20 yeras ago before they had it painted. All the doors fit good, and the windows roll up and down. The dash is complete with one wrong year knob on the dash. The interior has been redone. It has new brakes. I brought it home and spent $125.00 buying new spark plugs, wires, cap, etc... Drained the gas tank. Put in new gas, oil and a battery, and it would not start. I tried for a couple days, then I had a mechanic look at it. So he took the head off and showed me that two valves were stuck open. He said that letting it sit that long was not good for the engine. So, I am offering it to you as a non runner. I know that their are dodge panel trucks listed for sale that run, but most of them are rust buckets. This one has been fixed to sit in a museum, and they did nothing to the drive train. The tires are old and cracked. All the expensive stuff is already done. There is no battery with the truck. I don't want to write a book about this truck, so if you have any questions, please e-mail us. Thank you. Ed and Sue.

2015 Dodge Viper price drops $15k for 2015
Mon, 08 Sep 2014We recently saw updated specs and new trims of the 2015 Viper, but it looks like the folks at Dodge were saving the biggest surprise for last. Prices on all levels of the American sports car are seeing an immediate, across-the-board price cut of $15,000; even 2014 models still remaining on dealer lots.
The new MSRP for the 2015 Viper in its base SRT trim now starts at $84,995, and when the TA and GTS come to the lineup later next year, they start at $100,995 and $107,995, respectively. The move seems like a swing for the fences that might help to quell slow sales.
Obviously, current Viper owners might be somewhat peeved that their investment was just re-priced by the company. However, to assuage some of their concerns, Dodge is giving all fifth-gen owners a certificate worth $15,000 towards the purchase of a new one, which comes in addition to the price reduction.
Mopar '14 teased, returns to Challenger
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Every year, Mopar selects one special vehicle from the Chrysler portfolio and creates its own, one-off, special edition. Previously, there was the Mopar '13 Dart, '12 300, '11 Charger and the '10 Challenger, and for 2014, this teaser image shows that the company will be giving the unique treatment to Dodge's muscle coupe yet again.
Mopar has not revealed any details about its '14 Challenger, though the brand's president and CEO, Pietro Gorlier, says that "This limited-edition ride is for muscle-car fans who love high octane and customizable performance." All we know is, it's white, has some blue stripes, and a black (or carbon fiber) rear spoiler.
We'll know more when the Mopar '14 Challenger is revealed at the SEMA show in early November. In the meantime, click the image above to check out the teaser in high resolution, and have a look below for Chrysler's official press blast.
Ralph Gilles responds to Dodge rumors, says brand is 'here to stay'
Fri, 12 Jul 2013This is why we love Ralph Gilles. While in Italy hanging out with a group of Viper Club members in Europe, the SRT boss took the time to respond to a question directed at him on Instagram in regards to the future of Dodge.
Recent reports have painted a bleak picture for Dodge, but Gilles defended Chrysler's full-line brand by stating that the rumors are, "all rumors, Dodge is here to stay! It may get more focused going forward but not killed!" The idea of a "more focused" Dodge brand could lend some credibility to reports that the Grand Caravan and Durango are on their way out, which would leave Dodge solely as a car, or car-based, automaker.
