THIS IS A 2003 DODGE DAKOTA 4WD, CREW CAB WITH A 4.7 ENGINE. THE TRUCK HAS 126000 MILES ON IT, I AM DRIVING IT DAILY BACK AND FORTH TO WORK SO I WILL HAVE A FEW MORE MILES BY THE TIME SOMEONE BUYS IT. THE TRUCK HAS A 2 WAY VIPER REMOTE START, IT HAS A MATCHING RANCH TOPPER AND HAS NEWER TIRES. THE TRUCK HAD A NEW TRANSMISSION INSTALLED ABOUT A YEAR AGO RIGHT BEFORE I BOUGHT IT, YOU CAN TELL IT IS NEWER BECAUSE IT SHIFTS SMOOTH AND WORKS FLAWLESSLY. THE TRUCK ALSO RUNS LIKE A CHAMP, IT HAS NEVER GIVEN ME ANY TROUBLE. THE ONLY THING I DID TO IT WAS PUT NEW TIRES ON IT AND HAVE THE REMOTE START INSTALLED. IT HAD A CLEAN CARFAX AND I GOT REAR ENDED, VERY LIGHTLY, SO I AM NOT SURE IF THAT WILL SHOW UP ON CARFAX OR NOT BUT IT WAS VERY LIGHT HIT AND THE REAR BUMPER ON IT NOW IS ALL THE DAMAGED IT CAUSED, THE PERSON THAT HIT ME HAD NO INSURANCE AND YOU CAN BARELY TELL THERE IS DAMAGED SO I NEVER HAD IT REPAIRED BUT IF IT SHOWS UP YOU CAN SEE FIRST HAND HOW LIGHT THE HIT WAS. BESIDES THE RER BUMPER THE ONLY OTHER THING WRONG WITH THE TRUCK IS IT IS MISSING 3 OF THE LITTLE 2 INCH WHEEL CENTERS WHICH HAS THE SMALL DODGE HEAD EMBLEM ON THEM, I ORDERED THEM TODAY AND THEY SHOULD BE HERE IN A FEW DAYS SO THEY WILL BE ON THERE BY THE TIME SOMEONE BUYS THE TRUCK. EVERYTHING ELSE ON THE TRUCK WORKS PERFECTLY, A/C BLOWS ICE COLD AIR, HEAT WORKS GREAT, ALL THE POWER OPTIONS WORK PROPERLY INCLUDING THE CRUISE CONTROL. I DRIVE THIS LONG DISTANCES ALL THE TIME WITH NO WORRIES, THE ENGINE IS AS SOLID AS THEY COME. I FORGOT, IT DID HAVE A TUNE-UP RIGHT BEFORE WINTER AND NEW BRAKES LAST FALL. Chrysler recalling 780k minivans over fire risk
Fri, 09 May 2014Chrysler is recalling 780,000 of its Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan minivans from the 2010 to 2014 model years due to the possibility of circuits overheating, which can lead to a fire. Of the 780,000 total vans being recalled, Chrysler estimates that 644,850 are in the US, 106,980 are in Canada, 8,009 are in Mexico, and 20,638 are in other markets. All of the affected vehicles were built between August 25, 2010 and October 31, 2013.
Chrysler's engineers discovered that beverage spills or exposure to moisture (from rain, snow, car washes, and the like) were linked to circuits shorting in the window switch assembly. Short circuits can overheat, and thus, cause a fire.
Chrysler will contact owners and let them know when they may schedule service, at which point, the window switches will be replaced. In the interim, the automaker says that owners may visit their dealers after May 14 to have the switches disconnected.

With just 504 miles on the odometer (according to the description and not the images) and "no defects at all," this 1994 Viper is a rare find indeed. Tack on the Buy It Now price of just $37,500 and it seems like a steal - especially when checking out the prices and conditions of other early Vipers currently listed on eBay.
Even after spending months ogling the all-new 2014 SRT Viper, it's hard to ignore the raw beauty of the original open-top model. From the three-spoke wheels to the calf-searing side pipes, everything about this Viper looks just the way it did when it rolled off the line almost 20 years ago. The seller even says that the top and windows have never been installed meaning there are no scratches anywhere on this car!

Thu, 24 Jul 2014Oh, the heady days of 1993, back when the Clinton Presidency was just getting underway, and it seemed like every hot new rock band was coming out of Seattle. Sports cars in the US had finally shaken off the shackles that slowed them during the '70s and '80s, and you could buy any number of legitimately quick vehicles again. MotorWeek recently went digging into its archives to find this six-model test from 1993 showing off some of the best semi-affordable performance coupes that money could buy at the time, and it's priceless.
Featuring the 1994 model year Toyota Supra in twin-turbo guise and MY 1993 versions of the Porsche 968, Nissan 300ZX TT, Mazda RX-7, Dodge Stealth R/T Turbo and Chevrolet Corvette LT-1, MotorWeek definitely covered all of the bases. One thing that might surprise younger readers is these cars' performance. The video only provides 0-60 acceleration times, but several of these vehicles would still be considered pretty potent today - over 20 years since going on sale. The Supra is especially impressive, hitting 60 miles per hour in just 5 seconds. Even today, that's nothing to sneeze at.
Given their performance potential and still-attractive looks, it's amazing that some of these coupes are old enough to drink now. The progress of interior design and safety equipment in the intervening years is pretty shocking, though. In most of these models, having two airbags is touted as a big deal.
