1959 Imperial Lebaron Six Window Sedan
This is one of 510 Six Window 4 door sedans
built and I have been told one of 40 cars left to survive.
The Imperial is about 90% complete with all its
power options still intact P/S, P/B, Front and Rear A/C, rare optioned
auto dimming mirror and head light dash dimmer.
The car does have a 413 that does turn over and a push button torqueflite
transmission ( I have got the engine to fire off once but never ran).
All the glass in the car is good other then the front passenger window is in the
trunk along with original spare rim jack and spare tire cover,
the car does have two spots of rust one in the lower heel on the RH front fender
and the other spot is in the LH rear lower quarter panel
under the trim plate. The Car does not have a title but is a New Mexico car so,
I can get a title for extra fees and some time I will provide
a bill of sale with car. video of car can be seen on youtube under moparmenis.
Will help With Shipping if needed, also please
ask for more pictures if needed. I do have correct vin number too.
Thanks for looking and happy bidding

Chrysler IPO to be filed as early as this week
Mon, 16 Sep 2013An initial public offering for the Chrysler Group could happen this week, following Sergio Marchionne's comments to Financial Times in London, according to a report from The Detroit News. Fiat, which owns 58.5 percent of Chrysler, has been in a battle with the UAW retiree healthcare trust over its minority stake in the company. While the automotive union recognizes its role as a temporary shareholder, the two couldn't come to an agreement on how the shares should be priced.
As Marchionne explained to FT, a Chrysler IPO allows the market, rather than the two competing sides, to determine the value of the shares. The public offering is a risky move, which could potentially hang one side out to dry - if the shares go high, it's bad news for Fiat, but if they go low, the UAW stands to lose. Regardless of where the stock prices go in an IPO, though, it's a move that's being supported by analysts, who are quick to cite Chrysler's near-constant growth and a product lineup that is getting healthier with each new introduction.
This forgotten Chrysler was its bid for Humvee contract
Wed, 27 Aug 2014Today, the Humvee might be as associated with the dead automotive brand from General Motors as it is with the hard-working truck that has long served as one of the backbone vehicles of America's military. But Autoline host John McElroy is showing off a practically unknown part of the model's story by digging out some old photos from his personal archive.
The High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle project, better known today as the Humvee, can be traced back to a US Department of Defense request for bids to build a new military truck. According to McElroy, he was invited to the Chrysler proving grounds in 1981 to check out the bid from the brand's defense division. The company's concept was that it might be able to build an inexpensive, capable vehicle by using off-the-shelf parts.
The angular body panels gave the truck a look almost like a modern, stealth vehicle. However, the flat look was actually just to make the tooling as cheap as possible to produce. Still, this Chrysler looked surprisingly futuristic for the early '80s. It's actually not too far away from the famous Lamborghini LM002, itself intended as a possible military-spec machine.

"Fiat Chrysler remains committed to producing vehicles in Toledo and anticipates employment to remain at current levels."
The future of the iconic Jeep Wrangler in Toledo, OH, remains uncertain after a meeting Thursday between Fiat Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne and Ohio government leaders.
