1972 Chevrolet Chinook Trail Wagon Chevy Van 20. V8 350 Automatic. Power brakes. Power steering. Runs very good. Rebuilt transmission. Rebuilt carburetor. New radiator. New water pump. New battery. New sending unit. Clean fuel tank. New valve cover gaskets. New brakes. Could use new tires. Rear running lights don't work. AC is not working. No rust anywhere. Body is solid. Looks like it's been painted once. Drivers side missing outside molding piece. Slight dent at same place. Very minor. Other than that this Van is very straight. Inside still has all its original interior including sink, stove, fridge, toilet, and fold out bench/ bed. Original shag carpet. Top raises up 2.5. This Van was sitting for ten years. Runs very good now just needs cleaning and paint.

GM recalls select Chevy Cruze, Sonic and Buick Verano models over airbag issue

General Motors is recalling certain 2012 Buick Verano, Chevrolet Cruze and Sonic models due to a defect in the driver's airbag system. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the airbag has a shorting bar which may contact two internal terminals. If that happens during a crash, the supplemental restraint may not deploy, increasing the risk of driver injury. The recall includes a total of 2,949 units.
GM will contact owners and replace the steering wheel airbag coil at no cost. At this point, it's unclear when the recall will begin, though owners may contact the automaker at 1-800-521-7300 for more information. You may also take a closer look at the full NHTSA notice below.

Redesigning an icon is a difficult task, especially when you've got a blank sheet of paper in front of you and the all-new C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is intended to be your final objective.
General Motors has released a new short video featuring Kirk Bennion of the Corvette's exterior design team, talking about the challenges of sculpting Chevrolet's new flagship sports car and the five goals the team had to keep in mind as it worked. In the end, Bennion's team had the pleasure of seeing their hard work take center stage as the Corvette captured the world's eyes at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.
