I think this truck has every option available. It has been the best vehicle I have owned and has never given a moments trouble. Our family no longer needs this much room as our kids get older and get cars of their own. It has been lovingly maintained with regular oil changes, recommended tune ups, etc. At its August inspection we replaced the serpentine belt, front brakes and rotors, and had an alignment done. The battery was replaced a couple of weeks ago. Tires were replaced 13,000 miles ago. The truck is located in Richmond, VA

Only known issues:

1. The corner of the liftgate has a small bend (this happened when the garage door came down on the liftgate while it was open). The paint is fine and isn't very noticeable.

2. Underneath one side of the front bumper I did my own repair after I drove onto a high curb. It has been this way for several years without an issue and causes no cosmetic or structural issues.

3. About 6 months ago, someone did a poor job parallel parking and scraped the side of the truck. Their insurance paid for a replacement driver's door and front quarter panel. The repairs were well done and I have all the records and pictures if you would like. Autocheck is clean.

Other than these, there are no other issues. The truck drives looks and drives great. Please email with any questions or concerns.

Supercharged, 6.2-liter V8? Check. Seven-speed manual? Check. Obsession with weight? Check.
What did you expect when Chevrolet said it was bringing a new Corvette variant to the 2014 New York Auto Show? Maybe a sticker and trim package, like the C6 Corvette Grand Sport or a tie-in deal like the Black Widow car from Chicago? On the opposite end, maybe there was an even more hardcore Z06 waiting in the wings. Who knew?

GM recalling 426,000 sedans over faulty transmission shift cable

General Motors is recalling some 426,240 sedans that may have a faulty transmission shift cable, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report this morning. The recall concerns a fault within four-speed automatic transmissions equipped on 2007-2010 Saturn Aura models, and 2008-2010 Chevrolet Malibu and Pontiac G6 models.
The report specifies that tabs on the transmission shift cable may fracture and separate. Such a fault could cause a discrepancy between the actual position of the transmission and the apparent position of the shift lever.
GM is currently working to notify owners of the vehicles in question, and dealers will check and replace shift cables free of charge. Scroll down to read the complete NHTSA report.

New Chevrolet Silverado to be revealed on Facebook on Thursday

There's not much to see here, but if you're one of those waiting for the reveal of the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, above is the teaser image that Chevrolet posted on its Facebook page. We've seen the truck in form-fitting camo before, and even less can be made out here beyond those seriously punchy Silverado-esque fenders and the knowledge that the projector-beam headlamps teased previously do indeed work. We'll have to wait until Thursday for a full perusal of the "bold exterior design" and "careful attention given to every detail" we've been promised.
Gathering intel and rumors, magnesium and aluminum contribute to the Silverado's weight loss plan, the purported "High Country" top-tier trim will contribute to luxury pickup truck competition and profit margins and the next-generation small-block V8 will contribute to improved fuel economy. On the engine note, there have been rumors of available V6 engines, and when Facebook user John Jones asked "Where's your answer to that EcoBoost Chevy?", the Bowtie replied "stay tuned on the 13th. We think you'll be pleased...".
Along with the "Raise the Bar" tag, Chevrolet says of the Silverado, "You asked, we delivered." You can watch the reveal live on Chevrolet's Facebook page at 9:30 am EST, this Thursday, December 13. The GMC Sierra 1500 will also be there, and we'll see both in person at the Detroit Auto Show in January.
