2007 Chevrolet Tahoe Lt-yukon Suburban on 2040-cars
Plymouth, Wisconsin, United States
If your looking for a low mileage Tahoe for a great price, look no further. Its set with a low reserve, way cheaper than your gonna pay at a dealership. I actually had a dealer offer me $16,000 for the truck, and no doubt they would have marked it up $5,000. If the dealer wouldn't have been such rude person we might have made a deal. But that's neither here nor there. Pretty clean truck but it has a few imperfections. Couple small dents in the hood, few scratches and dings but nothing serious or ugly looking. The "service" backup sensor light is on. Not sure of the problem with that, but to me those things are annoying anyway. Also the center console in the front was replaced with a seat. so its actually a 6 seater. If you so desire, a new on ebay is only a couple hundred bucks. The Pros- It has brand new tires. New tires sensors for the air pressure monitoring system New front differential. Looks great Has remote start but the FOBS are missing. (any gm dealership could set you up with a new one) Bose Stereo Adjustable Pedals Runs great, and straight Low mileage Great Price Good luck and call me any questions. Or email 920-838-2587 |

Pushing Back: GM expanding Chevrolet into Korea, Daewoo out

General Motors decided several years ago to begin heavily promoting Chevrolet as its global mainstream brand even in markets where its existing brands like Opel and Daewoo were a dominant force. Today, at the Busan Motor Show in South Korea, GM Daewoo president Mike Arcamone announced that the Camaro would lead the way in GM's efforts to market Chevrolet in South Korea.
For now at least Chevrolet and Daewoo-branded vehicles will coexist in the Korean market. However, while we were in China last week GM officials told us that the Daewoo brand, which has been somewhat tainted by past quality issues, would eventually be phased out in favor of Chevrolet. When the new Aveo launches next year it will likely be badged as a Chevrolet even though GM Daewoo is in charge of engineering the car.
GM recalling over 243,000 crossovers over possible seat belt defect

The summer of 2010's recall hit parade continues unabated today, with General Motors having just announced that it is asking 243,403 owners of its 2009-2010 Lambda crossovers to bring their three-row haulers in for inspection. The culprit? Second-row seat belts in select Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia, and Saturn Outlook CUVs have "failed to perform properly in a crash."
According to GM, a second-row seat-side trim piece is to blame, as it can impede the upward rotation of the buckle after the seat is folded flat. As a result, if the buckle makes contact with the seat frame, cosmetic damage can occur, potentially requiring additional force to operate the buckle properly. So far, no great shakes, but in the process of applying that additional force, the occupant may push the buckle cover down to the strap, potentially revealing and depressing the red release button. As a result of this, the belt may not latch, or in certain cases, it may actually appear to be latched when, in fact, it isn't.
GM won't sell 2014 Chevrolet SS in Canada
Thu, 21 Feb 2013Allow us to be the first to extend our condolences to our friends to the north. General Motors has announced the 2014 Chevrolet SS will not be available in Canada. The Globe and Mail reports the automaker has confirmed the high-performance sedan won't hit Canadian dealers, though GM hasn't offered up any reasoning as to why that is.
Buyers here in the US of A, meanwhile, can look forward to getting their hands on the 415-horspower, rear-wheel drive SS by late summer. Something tells us it won't be long after that before Canadian officials start seeing individually imported 6.2-liter V8 four-doors in their neighborhoods. Fortunately, Canadian buyers will still be able to take home the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette. The C7 bowed at the Canadian International Auto Show last week, reportedly drawing sizable crowds and interest.
