HERE WE HAVE A HARD TO FIND 2 DOOR TAHOE ( NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION). THE MILEAGE IS VERY LOW FOR THE VINTAGE AT 114K. IT IS THE LT MODEL WHICH OFFERS ALL THE LUXURY OPTIONS AND GRAY LEATHER INTERIOR. AS SEEN IN THE PICTURES IT HAS 4 MATCHED GOODYEAR RADIALS WITH 60% + TREAD LIFE MOUNTED ON A SET OF AFTER-MARKET EPIC CHROME ALLOY RIMS. IT ALSO HAS AFTERMARKET CHROME TUBULAR STEP BARS. THE SPARE TIRE IS BRAND NEW AND NEVER BEEN ON THE GROUND.THIS UNIT HAS BEEN IN FLORIDA AND HENCE HAS A VERY SOLID BODY. THE INTERIOR IS VERY CLEAN HAS NO SMOKING ODORS AND ONLY SHOWS NORMAL WEAR. THE DRIVERS SEAT BOTTOM HAS ONE SMALL REPAIR AS SEEN IN THE PICTURES.. I PURCHASED THIS TAHOE 2 YEARS AGO FROM A LOCAL COUNTY LIQUIDATION SALE . IT WAS USED BY THE COUNTY SHERIFF SCUBA TEAM TO TRANSPORT GEAR AS NEEDED TO DIFFERENT SITES. IT WAS WELL SERVICED BY THE COUNTY SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE DEPT. Chevy Sonic shreds like a skateboard
Tue, 19 Mar 2013Despite the fact that the 2013 Chevy Sonic is a fun, plucky little thing - especially in ever-so-slightly hotter RS guise - it is not, in fact, a skateboard. But don't tell that to rapper Theophilus London.
In General Motors' latest spot for the Chevrolet compact, London needs to make a quick run to the store for some milk. And even though, once again, the Sonic is not a skateboard, it ollies, pops and gets air because, you know, it's just so much fun to throw around.

Race Recap: 2013 Twelve Hours of Sebring, cakewalk up front, grindfest out back [w/spoilers]
Tue, 19 Mar 2013This year's 12 Hours of Sebring wasn't exactly a foregone conclusion because we're still talking about racing, and anything can happen when the speeds are as high as the adrenaline and the desire. But we're still talking about Audi bringing it's two top-spec racers - and its huge budget and its nearly neurotic attention to detail - to a race that it uses as a test bed for The 24 Hours of Le Mans and as a way to open the endurance racing season with a victory.
Besides, 12 hours is a long time, especially at Sebring, and things didn't go all Audi's way. On top of that, although it was a pretty quiet race, behind the Audis things got even grimier, with plenty of battles, plenty of mechanical issues, and the new BMW Z4 GTE and Viper GTS-R being race tested. Oh, and that brand new chromed-out DeltaWing...
Corvette Stingray Shooting Brake under consideration by Callaway [w/poll]
Mon, 18 Mar 2013Callaway has released a few renderings of a design study for a shooting brake version of the C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The company says it wants to create a long-roof version of America's sports car to offer buyers more interior room and a vehicle with "unique style." The company says it will use structural carbon fiber for the new body bits, which suggests the conversion shouldn't add too much more weight to the Corvette. Along with a few mechanical tweaks, the Callaway Corvette Stingray AeroWagon could breeze past the 200 miles per hour barrier.
Provided that they get enough interest, Callaway estimates they will be able to effect the changes on the Chevrolet for around $15,000, and says the conversion work should be available through its network of dealers.
