UP FOR AUCTION WITH NO RESERVE I HAVE A GREAT RUNNING 2007 CHEVROLET 2500 EXT CAB 4X4.IAM A WHOLESALE DEALER I BUY FROM NEW CAR STORES,LEASING CO,FINANCE CO IN VOLUME FOR ONE PRICE FOR MULTIPLE UNITS AND MOST OF MY VEHICLES I SELL RIGHT HERE ON EBAY WITH NO RESERVE.I BUY THESE VEHICLES AS IS I GET THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY IF THEY NEED SOMETHING AND I KNOW IT I WILL TELL YOU.I DO NOTHING TO THESE VEHICLE NOT EVEN TIGHTEN UP A LOOSE SCREW THAT KEEPS MY OVERHEAD DOWN WITCH IN TURN KEEPS MY PRICES LOWER THAN ANY OTHERS.IAM SURE THE VEHICLES I HAVE LISTED WILL NEED A FEW SMALLER THINGS THAN I HAVE LISTED SHOULD BE NOTHING MAJOR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CALL ME I CAN GO OVER THE VEHICLE BETTER ON THE PHONE AND MORE THOUROGH.THIS TRUCK WAS DRIVEN BACK TO MY PLACE OVER 250 MILES IT RUNS AND DRIVES OUT GREAT.THE TRUCK SMOKES SOMETIMES AND SMOKES PRETTY GOOD I HAD A DIESEL TECH LOOK AT IT HE SAID THE TURBO NEEDS REPLACING OR REBUILDING IT HAS A SEAL BAD IN IT.THE ENGINE HAS NO BLOW BY AT ALL STARTS RIGHT UP HOT OR COLD IDLES GOOD AND SMOOTH AND RUNS GREAT.I HAVE LOCATED A USED TURBO WITH 32,000 MILES FOR 600.00 I CAN GET FOR YOU AT MY COST.THE ALLISON TRANSMISSION SHIFTS OUT PERFECT.THERE ARE A GOOD MANY WARNING LIGHTS ON ON THE DASH I BOUGHT THE TRUCK TMU ON MILES TRUE MILES UNKNOWN I WAS TOLD THE ORIGINAL CLUSTER STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY AND IT HAD A USED CLUSTER STUCK IN IT AND WAS NEVER PROGRAMMED TO THE TRUCK.I DONT KNOW THE MILES SHOW 389,000.WITCH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE MILES ON THE TRUCK IT WAS TAKEN OUT OF I WILL NOT GUARANTEE AND HAVE NO IDEA ON THE MILES ON THE TRUCK.THE INTERIOR LOOKS REAL GOOD IT IS BLACK LEATHER WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES AND ALL SEAMS TO WORK FINE AND IS VERY CLEAN INSIDE.THE EXTERIOR HAS SOME MINOR DINGS AND SCRATCHES NOTHING REAL MAJOR SEE PHOTOS THE BED APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN PAINTED ON BEFORE.PART OF THE LF PLASTIC INNER FENDER IS MISSING NO BIG DEAL 22.00 AFTERMARKET.THE TIRES ARE ALMOST NEW ALL THE WAY AROUND THE TRUCK.THE BRAKES AND STEERING ARE GOOD THE FRONT BRAKE ROTORS HAVE A LIGHT SHAKE WHEN SLOWING DOWN FAST. Pushing Back: GM expanding Chevrolet into Korea, Daewoo out

General Motors decided several years ago to begin heavily promoting Chevrolet as its global mainstream brand even in markets where its existing brands like Opel and Daewoo were a dominant force. Today, at the Busan Motor Show in South Korea, GM Daewoo president Mike Arcamone announced that the Camaro would lead the way in GM's efforts to market Chevrolet in South Korea.
For now at least Chevrolet and Daewoo-branded vehicles will coexist in the Korean market. However, while we were in China last week GM officials told us that the Daewoo brand, which has been somewhat tainted by past quality issues, would eventually be phased out in favor of Chevrolet. When the new Aveo launches next year it will likely be badged as a Chevrolet even though GM Daewoo is in charge of engineering the car.
Chevy Sonic shreds like a skateboard
Tue, 19 Mar 2013Despite the fact that the 2013 Chevy Sonic is a fun, plucky little thing - especially in ever-so-slightly hotter RS guise - it is not, in fact, a skateboard. But don't tell that to rapper Theophilus London.
In General Motors' latest spot for the Chevrolet compact, London needs to make a quick run to the store for some milk. And even though, once again, the Sonic is not a skateboard, it ollies, pops and gets air because, you know, it's just so much fun to throw around.

GM looks to combat high theft rates on SUVs with added tech
Tue, 24 Dec 2013The Cadillac Escalade has been at or near the top of most-stolen and insurance-loss lists for more than seven years, until it dropped to number six earlier this year. In 2011 it was fitted with a host of new security features to address its easy-to-override features and that has brought the number of thefts down, but when eight of the ten most stolen rides are large SUVs from General Motors, no one will argue that something else needs to be done.
Thus, GM has fitted this same theft-deterring tech to the 2015 Suburban, Tahoe and Yukon. The Suburban and Tahoe will get the steering lock that the Escalade and Yukon already get, plus bolted-down third-row seats to deter thefts like this, stronger door lock cylinders and shields, and side-cut keys to inhibit picking.
Additional security measures in a Theft Protection Package can be purchased for $395, consisting of sensors on the greenhouse glass and interior, an incline/tilt sensor and added "key control systems" to make it more difficult for the men in black balaclavas to steal what you bought.
