This is the one of the cleanest and most upkept vehicles you will find. It was a fleet vehicle for the first chapter of its life. All fluids and filters are up to date, and mechanically it's in stellar condition. I even have reciepts for the fluid and filter changes I have performed since I owned it. The truck is decked out with a premium spray in bed liner, tool box, tinted windows, bug shield, sun visors over the windows, step bars to help you get into the interior, bose premium sound system, power everything, G90(posi) optioned out and custom aluminum wheels fitted with very meaty BFG all terrain tires. Unless its listed below, everything works great! This truck is ready to go to work for you.
Defects in this truck: The front bumper has impacted something at a low speed as can be seen in photos. A few minor nicks and dents here and there, most too small to to be noticed in a picture. The am/fm radio does not get reception, but the CD player sounds great those those bose speakers. There are some paint scuffs on driver side fender, seen in pictures. Speedometer only is dim from a bulb burned out, but you can still read mph at night. All other gauges illuminate fine. Passenger side of the toolbox does not lock. |

Feds open investigation into Chevy Express, Ford Freestar rust issues
Wed, 28 Dec 2011'Tis the season... for road salt. And with that, comes rust. And what does rust bring? Well, for Ford and General Motors, a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration investigation. According to The Detroit News, NHTSA is looking into potential recalls issues with Chevrolet Express vans and Ford Freestar minivans.
The feds have received five complaints that rust has caused leaking fuel filler pipes on 2003 Express vans. Separately, seven complaints have been filed over excessive rust in the rear wheel wells of 2004 Ford Freestar and Mercury Monterey minivans. The Freestar and Monterey went out of production in 2007. Neither issue has resulted in any crashes or injuries, according to the report.
