1999 Chevy Silverado Ls 2500 3/4 Ton Ext. Cab 4x4 6.0 2 Owner on 2040-cars
Kingsville, Ohio, United States
I've owned this truck about 7 years. Its been a decent truck but upgrading to a newer chevy. Has high miles but has the 6.0 that is rated for well over current miles. Runs and drives stops good, push button 4x4 works good, I've always used 4 wheel high. never needed low. Truck has never had a plow on it. motor has no noises and no smoke. Non smoker in cab as well. The whole truck needs a good detail floors are solid. bed inside is solid. . Unfortionatly I live in northeast Ohio so the truck is showing its age with rust, both rocker panels are in need of replacement, one of the running boards I took off a few years ago and disguarded. The spare is there but probably not any good. Under the truck has rust as well, solid but crusty, Has a small gas leak where it bolts onto the filter. The drivers door will need new door pins and bushings which I have. The ABS and brake lights are on, because I did'nt like the way the truck stopped with them so I unplugged the sensors on the front. Has the owners manual with it. I'm not asking alot for the truck because I know it needs alittle fixing up. But the truck can be driven and used as -is. I'm still driving truck so will have few more miles. Your buying the truck as-is. 500 deposit right after auction, cashiers check, cash in five days after auction. Pick up in Kingsville Ohio 44048

Today was a pretty big day for General Motors, debuting the all-new Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra light-duty pickup trucks ahead of their official showcase at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. And now that the dust has settled at GM's big reveal event, we've had a chance to snap dozens of photos of the new pickup pair from every angle.
We already told you the important bits earlier today (click here in case you missed it), but let's recap. Under the hood are three new engines - a 4.3-liter V6, 5.3-liter V8 and 6.2-liter V8 (you know, a version of the small-block that'll also be found under the hood of the C7 Corvette), all mated to six-speed automatic transmissions. The 2014 model year marks the return of the Z71 off-road package with Rancho shocks, front tow hooks and beefier underbody protection. Inside, there's a host of new technology and a greater focus on better quality and refinement.
Some of the nitty-gritty specifics (like engine output numbers and fuel economy) have yet to be revealed, and since we haven't driven the finished products yet, it's hard to say how these trucks will fare against rivals like the Ram 1500 and Ford F-150. For now, we can only judge these two books by their covers, and while we do like the designs of the new trucks, we Autoblog staffers are torn on exactly which one looks best.
Despite the fact that the 2013 Chevy Sonic is a fun, plucky little thing - especially in ever-so-slightly hotter RS guise - it is not, in fact, a skateboard. But don't tell that to rapper Theophilus London.
In General Motors' latest spot for the Chevrolet compact, London needs to make a quick run to the store for some milk. And even though, once again, the Sonic is not a skateboard, it ollies, pops and gets air because, you know, it's just so much fun to throw around.
If this video looks familiar to you, it's because this is the full ad that we first got a preview of in Chevy's longer, full-line spot, where the brand's "Find New Roads" tagline was introduced. Scroll down to see this dedicated Sonic spot, along with the older ad, and remember, the Sonic is still - still - not a skateboard.
Race Recap: 2013 Indianapolis 500 better than Bollywood; all the emotion, none of the music [spoilers]Mon, 27 May 2013
If the 2013 Indy 500 were a movie it would be the one expected to win all the little statues come awards season, and if it were an athlete it would have made spectators watch in awe as it broke record after record. And this kind of talk comes after last year's race was considered one of the best ever - the last lap hijinks in 2012 and Takuma Sato's crash leading to a podium ceremony straight out of a Golden Globes tearjerker.
But this year's race delivered more than anyone expected, from the 250,000 fans to the commentators to the IndyCar series itself and, finally, to the guy who hopped through a two-mile window on Lap 197 to take the lead and keep it until the end.
