Up for sale an excellent project car, my 55 pickup. There has been a great deal of time, money and thought over the past years to get to this point.

The bed is all custom made, with rear roll pan and contoured to the cab (both top and sides), custom mini tubs, brand new metal rear fenders, new bed wood, brand new metal running boards, new aprons, brand new metal badgeless tailgate, brand new metal front fenders with custom 1 off lower front valence, custom made 1 of a kinds grill using 2 grills, hood shaved and deseamed. Cab: doors are shaved, new front floor section, shaved firewall, cab needs some work, but an excellent foundation to work from. ( door gapping needs to be finished)

Chassis, air ride front and back, brand new tank, brand new compressor, new lines, s10 chassis fully boxed and painted with chassis saver paint, new front brakes and spindles, polished manual rack, chevy 4x4 rear end, brand new 15x10 and 15x8 steelies (chrome lips/ raw centers) with brand new bf goodrich rubber.

Drivetrain, fully built 327 with 700r4, fresh rebuild never fired. S10 v8 headers, alum rad, edelbrock tuner ram, dual Holley carbs with linkage, roller rockers, girdled, moroso oil pan, new water pump and much more.

I have all of the parts to reassemble this project truck. Brand new gaskets, moldings, gauges, lokar shifter, brand new upholstered interior.

Think you've waited long enough for this? If so, then you'll want to savor the high-res photos we've so far been given of the 2014 Chevrolet SS, the first rear-wheel-drive performance sedan from The Bowtie in 17 years.
We all know its our version of the brand new VF-model Holden Commodore, but what's under the hood that earns the appellation "performance?" A 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine producing 415 horsepower and 415 pound-feet of torque. That's 35 hp and lb-ft less than the same engine is expected to produce in the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette. Chevrolet says the sedan will get from 0-to-60 miles per hour "in about five seconds."
Shifting comes courtesy of a six-speed automatic with paddles on the steering wheel, while stopping arrive via four-piston Brembo calipers up front, a single sliding piston in back. The forged aluminum wheels are 19-inchers all around, each set supporting right around 50 percent of the sedan's weight, and the aluminum hood and trunk are meant to keep the center of gravity low.

Toyota tops Kelley Blue Book's Resale Value Awards

Kelley Blue Book announced its annual Best Resale Value Award winners, and we weren't too surprised to see the list dominated by Japanese automakers - mainly Toyota and Honda. KBB hands out the awards based on the projected residual value of mostly all 2013 model year vehicles, and Toyota skated home with a number of awards including 10 of the 22 overall categories and having five of its products in the top 10 for models with best resale value. KBB's Best Resale Value Awards were announced in the same week as the ALG Residual Value Awards, and there were many similarities between both lists, especially when it came to Toyota.
To come up with its winners, KBB measures depreciation over the first five years of ownership, and looks for the cars it expects to hold its value the best after this time; on average, the report says the 2013 model year vehicles will lose 61.8 percent of its value in five years. Of the 22 categories, 15 slots were filled by Toyota, Honda and Nissan products, while the Camaro and Porsche (Cayenne and Panamera) each took home a pair of awards. If Toyota has anything to be upset about in this list of cars, it's that categories for Hybrid/Alternative Energy Car and Electric Vehicle went to the Ford Fusion and Chevrolet Volt, respectively.
