For sale,1966 Nova 2 door hardtop. The car was Purchased out of Arkansas and was Full Of Rust and Bondo. I started a Full Restoration on the Car But A Family Matter has Side Tracked the Build and now I Need to sell the car. The Car has New 1967 Fenders, Upper and lower Vent Grille, Inner and Outer Cowl panels, Brand New Firewall, New Firewall Braces, New Full Floor Pan, New Full Wheel houses, New Front Shock Tower Assembly, Lower Trunk Filler Panels, Full Quarter Panels with Sails, and Front Bumper filler Panel, and Tail Light Caps. I Have all the Stainless trim, Front Bench seat that Originally came with the car as well as the rear seat. Front windshield need replaced it was broke when purchased. Every bit of the car has been Media Blasted. The Car has a 10 bolt rear end that's been blasted as well as the drive shaft etc. There's Too Much to list, But I have mostly everything to put it back together. GM recalls select Chevy Cruze, Sonic and Buick Verano models over airbag issue
Wed, 14 Nov 2012General Motors is recalling certain 2012 Buick Verano, Chevrolet Cruze and Sonic models due to a defect in the driver's airbag system. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the airbag has a shorting bar which may contact two internal terminals. If that happens during a crash, the supplemental restraint may not deploy, increasing the risk of driver injury. The recall includes a total of 2,949 units.
GM will contact owners and replace the steering wheel airbag coil at no cost. At this point, it's unclear when the recall will begin, though owners may contact the automaker at 1-800-521-7300 for more information. You may also take a closer look at the full NHTSA notice below.
GM recalling 118K Colorado, Canyon pickups over missing hood latches
Thu, 20 Dec 2012General Motors has announced a recall of 118,800 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon pickup trucks due to the possibility of secondary hood latches not being installed at the time of manufacture. The affected vehicles are from the 2010, 2011 and 2012 model years, all of which were built between November 9, 2009 and August 28, 2012.
According to the official National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report, these trucks fail to "comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 113, 'Hood Latch System.' The hood may be missing the secondary hood latch." In other words, owners of these trucks could find their vehicles' hoods opening unexpectedly while driving.
The official recall campaign is expected to begin on January 17, 2013. Dealers will inspect the affected pickups and if a secondary hood latch is not present, one will be installed free of charge. Scroll down to read the official NHTSA report.
