2006 Chevy Express EXPLORER Van - All Wheel Drive with extras!!

Thank You for viewing and hopefully bidding & winning my 2006 Explorer Van. This van has always been garaged and excellently maintained.

This van was used in my Luxury Transportation Business which is owned and operated by myself (no employees).

You may check me and my business out at www.searsluxurytransport.com

If you have any questions, please contact me through EBay or you may call me @ 814-730-8032

I am the second owner of this vehicle and purchased it in December 2009 with 29,912 miles on it. I rotate my vehicles every four years and it's the time for this superb van to be sold. This van was used primarily for long distance corporate airport transfers. Normally 200-400 miles round trip. It's a Non Smoking Vehicle as are all of my luxury vehicles. Maintenance has been performed by Jones Chevrolet Dealership as well as Warren Tire Center for tires, brakes/rotors & synthetic oil changes. I would rate the condition of this van as Very Good overall, but please keep in mind it is 7 years old. It comes with minimal wear and tear that should be expected for a vehicle of this age. The current DVD player skips and freezes, even after cleaning, so I bought a new DVD player to replace it that will come with the vehicle. No Expressed, Implied, Verbal or Written Warranty is included with the purchase of this vehicle. An after market warranty may be available and could be purchased solely by the new owner at his or her expense. Mileage may be slightly higher than listed due to local moving of vehicle.

Steve McQueen's last movie car, now Pawn Stars-owned, up for auction [w/video]

Sun, 03 Feb 2013

The last car Steve McQueen ever drove in a movie is officially up for auction. The 1951 Chevrolet Styline DeLuxe Convertible you see above is now owned by none other than Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars fame, but once ferried McQueen around the set of his last film, 1980's The Hunter. That flick saw the Bullit star play a bumbling bounty hunter and didn't exactly set the box office on fire. McQueen bought the car after production wrapped, and four years later it sold at his estate sale at the Imperial Palace in Las Vegas.
Flash forward to 2003, and the convertible received a full restoration back to near-stock specifications. Hagerty Insurance estimates the car to be worth around $45,000 without the significant providence. Given its ties to one of film's most popular gearheads, the old Chevrolet could fetch up to 10 times that when it goes under the gavel in Ft Luaderdale, Florida on March 22. You can head over to the Auctions America site for more information. You can also check out the trailer for The Hunter below.

GM takes heat for aborted Silverado riff on 'Boston Strong' at World Series

Thu, 31 Oct 2013

During game five of the World Series, Chevrolet was set to do a spot of marketing for the 2014 Silverado - fans at Busch Stadium in St. Louis would hold up placards that spelled out the words "Silverado Strong," a theme that Chevy has been promoting since the Silverado's launch with the song "Strong," by Will Hoge. The St. Louis promo was ultimately called off, though, over concerns that it'd be insensitive to the visiting Boston Red Sox. (You can see the image of what the stunt would have looked like above, courtesy of one timely Reddit user.)
Now, the Busch Stadium stunt might not have been a big deal, had the St. Louis Cardinals not been playing the Boston Red Sox. Following the tragic events in Boston during the marathon back in April, the phrase "Boston Strong" gained traction among the city's citizens, especially at sporting events. So, you can imagine that Chevy's appropriation of the phrase might not sit well with some fans.
The stunt was ultimately shelved after images of the signs went viral before the game, leading to a bit of a public backlash. Chevy spokesperson Michael Albano said of the promo that it was meant to show the brand's "commitment to baseball and its fans." But after the images went viral, the company "realized there was the possibility that we may offend some of the very fans we were trying to honor," Albano told Automotive News via email.

Next-gen GM SUVs caught wearing new boxy bodies [w/video]

Wed, 15 May 2013

We recently drove the brand-new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and found it to be vastly improved compared to the outgoing model. And now that The General's pickup trucks have been squared away, it's time to focus our attention onto their passenger-friendly companions, the Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon (above).
Our spy photographers have passed along a huge smattering of photos (and a video), showing the new SUVs out testing. Both the short- and long-wheelbase models were spied, and while the overall shape of the vehicles hasn't changed all that much, we expect the updates to be substantial. In addition to new powertrain options, like GM's new small-block V8, we expect the interiors of both SUVs to get massive makeovers, providing better materials throughout their cabins and quieter, more refined environments. We even hear that some trick new suspension developments may be in store for upper-end models.
Visually, these spy shots allow us to see a couple of new details on the SUVs' front and rear fascias, including LED running lamps on the Yukon and some interesting LED taillamp treatments. Of course, the obvious third party missing from this set of photos is the Cadillac Escalade, but as we reported earlier, GM is working to further differentiate the 'Slade from the rest of the fullsize SUV lineup, and is working to make the new model "much less ostentatious."
