You are bidding on a 2005 Chevy Equinox LT 3.4L 131,150 miles. I purchased this SUV in 2005/2006 from Bical Chevrolet of Valley Stream with about 15,/20,000 miles. It was taken off the road the end of last summer and stored in our warehouse. Engine and transmission run fine as we performed necessary maintenance through the years. Over the last 2 years changed shocks and springs, transmission fluid, oil changes every 4,000 mile intervals (synthetic oil) and rotors & brakes. I am not a mechanic but the car does need new ball joints, front right brake caliper is seizing (noticeable when the car is in drive) and since the car was sitting a new battery (have to jump to start). Also may need an alignment. Also AC does not get cold consistently. It may have other repair issues so I please recommend you come and inspect the car before bidding. The inside is relatively clean and I had an MP3 radio installed about 2/3 years ago. Please see pics, and we welcome you to take car for a test drive. Refreshed 2014 Camaro confirmed for New York debut

We've already seen leaked specs and potential spy shots, but the refreshed 2014 Chevrolet Camaro will make its official debut at the New York Auto Show in a few weeks.
Besides a tweaked exterior and the possibility of a high-output LS7 under the hood, we really don't know much else about the 2014 Camaro, but here's hoping for an improved interior, too.
In addition to the refreshed Camaro, Chevrolet will also be showing off the recently introduced Chevrolet SS, making its debut on the auto show circuit, and we'll also get our first look at the C7 Corvette coupe and convertible side-by-side.

GM recalling 250,000 SUVs over door electronics

After a door-fire investigation that dates back to February, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has officially announced a recall today that affects around 250,000 General Motors SUVs for a faulty driver's door module. The recall applies to the Buick Rainier, Chevrolet Trailblazer, GMC Envoy, Isuzu Ascender and Saab 9-7X from the 2006 and 2007 model years, as well as the 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT and GMC Envoy XL for vehicles sold and/or registered in the Snow Belt.
Road salt use in these midwestern and northern states can lead to corrosion of the driver's door module on these GMT360 and GMT370 vehicles, which allows water to come in contact with the circuit board. If shorted out, the vehicle's power door locks and power windows will not work, and could possibly lead to overheating and, in some circumstances, a fire. No official word on how many total vehicles caught on fire, but back in June, 28 fires had been reported to the government agency. A fix for the problem is still being worked out, but all affected vehicle owners will be notified by GM.
