I have a nice '69 Vette for sale. The car is now in it's second ever paint job and it is in my opinion flawless. The car looks as if it just rolled out of showroom. The interior is in great shape. The under side of car is nearly as clean as top side. Tires are like new. The t-tops work good as does the pop out rear window. The engine is not the original but I do have the matcing numbers engine block. It has already been recieved back from the machine shop and ready to be assembled. The engine in the car runs great with no problems, so I figured I would just save the original for another day. All guages work in the car including the clock. The headlight doors and the wiper door work as they should. Radio has been upgraded to a more modern one. Not digital. Actually works like the original, just sounds better. I do have the original that works, which will go with the car. This car is a show car that can be driven to the show. I have driven the car a good bit with no problems what so ever. Odometer shows 68,868 miles and by the way the car drives, I would guess that's accurate. Steering is tight and the car handles great. Any questions, just send me a note. Thanks for looking.

Chevy gets cracking on Cruze EV fleet testing

The Chevrolet Volt hasn't yet gone on sale, but General Motors is looking at ways of expanding its electric vehicle lineup. Chevy, along with partner LG, is employing a group of all-electric cars in the form of the Cruze. The sedans are part of a demonstration fleet which is located in Seoul, South Korea and is being used to provide data in an electric vehicle research project. The goal is to gather information on driving patterns and charging behavior in addition to consumer acceptance.
The Cruze EVs, along with some Daewoo Lacetti Premieres EVs, are the first fleet of full-size electric vehicles and should provide invaluable information for The General. Staying full-size means not sacrificing cargo space, so the battery pack is mounted to the underbody, leaving the trunk area open for plenty recyclable, canvas grocery bags.

Who sold the most heavy-duty pickups in 2012? PickupTrucks.com investigates
Tue, 26 Feb 2013Domestic manufacturers enjoyed a good year for heavy-duty pickup sales in 2012. PickupTrucks.com has taken a close look at exactly how those sales broke down between each manufacturer and between three-quarter and one-ton pickups. Ford sold some 67,786 F-250 Super Duty models last year with the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD falling just behind at 56,359 units. The Ram 2500 HD came in third at 41,918, while the GMC Sierra 2500 HD earned itself fourth place with 27,616 deliveries. While Ford held onto the top spot in the one-ton market, Ram easily nailed down second place by selling more 3500 HD models last year than General Motors sold Silverado 3500 HD and Sierra 3500 HD trucks combined.
So, did GM manage to sell more trucks than Ford with its two brands? Very nearly. Ford sold a total of 119,338 heavy-duty pickups to GM's 111,555. Ram, meanwhile, moved a distant 77,583. But perhaps more interesting is the diesel take rate in this segment. PickupTrucks.com says 80 percent of all domestic one-ton trucks roll from the dealer lot with a turbo-diesel under the hood.
