2000 Corvette Rolling Chassis -

This vehicle was bought for the purpose of building a race car. The buyer bought the vehicle, stripped it (to include cutting the roof off), welded a full roll cage, and then had a change of heart and stopped the project. The seller has since removed the full roll cage. The frame is original, straight and solid. The brakes and suspension are intact. The pictured engine is a 5.7L 350 hp Chevrolet LS-1 with 66,010 miles. The transmission is a six speed manual. To the sellers knowledge, both the engine and transmission are in working condition.

The seller has too many parts; Interior, exterior, and mechanical to list which came off of the car. The doors, fuel tank, dash, and trunk lid are just a few.

All extras included with full asking price. For $2000.00 less you only get the chassis, no extras. If it were me, I'd offer the full asking price. You don't know what you might find you'll need, and can sell what you don't use.

This seller just sold a 1967 Corvette rolling chassis. The sell and delivery went without any issues to a buyer in CT. The seller represents the vehicle accurately, is very knowledgeable, and is available to answer any questions you may have.

As for delivery, we will either arrange delivery (additional charges of course), you can pick it up, or you can find your own delivery.

Thank you for your interest.

Autoblog Podcast #327:

Dodge vs. Chevy tug-of-war taken to the extreme

Mon, 17 Dec 2012

They say "idle hands are the devil's playground," but said playgrounds grow to Disney-sized proportions when a pair of jacked-up trucks, two egos, a chain and an empty mall parking lot are involved. Proof of this is the video below, which shows a Cummins-powered Dodge Ram circa 2006 to 2008 chained tail-to-tail with what looks to be a gasoline-powered Chevrolet Silverado from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
We don't necessarily have to tell you who wins this battle, but we'll let you see for yourself the lengths the "winning" driver goes to prove his point. There's plenty of foul language in the video below, so beware that this might be Not Safe For Work, and not that we should have to tell you, but please, do not try this at home.
