Fabulous Corvette! Tripple black manual transmission convertable. I have all the maintenence records since I've owned it. Recent coolant flush, manual trans flush, rear end flush, and synthetic oil change. All maintained at the chevy dealership with receipts. The vehicle is still under an aftermarket warranty for 2+ years. The car only has two issues 1) the batteries in the tire pressure sensors have gone dead and it lights a "service tire pressure system light on the dash." I had this diagnosed at the dealership, but warranty wouldn't cover it since batteries aren't "warrantyable." does not affect driveability and the light can be turned off by pressing the reset button....not really a big deal. and 2) it will need two new rear tires in the future. I was told they are at approx 30 percent by the dealership. comes with two sets of keys, and one key fob....it only came with one when I bought it. Otherwise, an overall amazing vehicle, fast and turns heads!! Only selling due to getting married and buying a new house. A/C ice cold, All scheduled maintenance, All records since I've owned it, Always garaged, Excellent condition, Fully loaded with all the goodies, Looks & drives great, Must see, Never seen snow, No accidents, Non-smoker, Title in hand, Very clean interior, Well maintained

GM takes heat for aborted Silverado riff on 'Boston Strong' at World Series
Thu, 31 Oct 2013During game five of the World Series, Chevrolet was set to do a spot of marketing for the 2014 Silverado - fans at Busch Stadium in St. Louis would hold up placards that spelled out the words "Silverado Strong," a theme that Chevy has been promoting since the Silverado's launch with the song "Strong," by Will Hoge. The St. Louis promo was ultimately called off, though, over concerns that it'd be insensitive to the visiting Boston Red Sox. (You can see the image of what the stunt would have looked like above, courtesy of one timely Reddit user.)
Now, the Busch Stadium stunt might not have been a big deal, had the St. Louis Cardinals not been playing the Boston Red Sox. Following the tragic events in Boston during the marathon back in April, the phrase "Boston Strong" gained traction among the city's citizens, especially at sporting events. So, you can imagine that Chevy's appropriation of the phrase might not sit well with some fans.
The stunt was ultimately shelved after images of the signs went viral before the game, leading to a bit of a public backlash. Chevy spokesperson Michael Albano said of the promo that it was meant to show the brand's "commitment to baseball and its fans." But after the images went viral, the company "realized there was the possibility that we may offend some of the very fans we were trying to honor," Albano told Automotive News via email.

Mon, 17 Dec 2012They say "idle hands are the devil's playground," but said playgrounds grow to Disney-sized proportions when a pair of jacked-up trucks, two egos, a chain and an empty mall parking lot are involved. Proof of this is the video below, which shows a Cummins-powered Dodge Ram circa 2006 to 2008 chained tail-to-tail with what looks to be a gasoline-powered Chevrolet Silverado from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
We don't necessarily have to tell you who wins this battle, but we'll let you see for yourself the lengths the "winning" driver goes to prove his point. There's plenty of foul language in the video below, so beware that this might be Not Safe For Work, and not that we should have to tell you, but please, do not try this at home.
