1995 Chevrolet Corvette! Cc2 Model! Dark Red Beauty! Less Than 52000 Miles!! on 2040-cars
Denver, Colorado, United States
1995 Chevrolet Corvette for sale. This is a CC2 model that has a factory removable hardtop, that I and the previous owner have never taken off. Cloth top is virtually new having never been up. This car comes with all of the options and has a little over 51,000 miles on it. Car has always been garaged. On top of all of the options are upgrades that include a GTL wing and newer wheels and tires. There are 3 issues with this car. Issue #1, The LPTWS light is on. This is the result of changing the new wheels. Apparently the sensor bands were not swapped out to the new wheels. Dealer error. Issue #2, is a small oil leak in front of the crankshaft seal. After a pleasant drive there will be a silver dollar size spot of oil the next day. Issue #3, involves the driver's side door panel. The previous owner feared locking keys in the car and did something to the panel at the door jamb. Now it is loose, as if one or two of those plastic tree clips needs replacing. There is a noticeable tear at the top and on the side. Please view picture. Car looks great day or night, and rides smooth and quiet with no rattles. I only drove on special occasions putting on only 7,000 miles in the 9 years I have owned this car. Due to my health and age, I have not even drove 100 miles in the past year. Its time for someone else to enjoy this car.

Supercharged 2015 Chevy Corvette Z06 takes the C7 beyond the ZR1
Mon, 13 Jan 2014
The Z06 is just about everything we got in the last ZR1, but better.
After a bright-yellow false start, here is the real thing: the fourth-generation, 2015 Corvette Z06. If Chevrolet makes a ZR1 version of the C7 Corvette, it's going to be absolutely mega, because the Z06 is just about everything we got in the last ZR1, but better.
PickupTrucks.com's latest test results in a familiar winner [w/video]
Wed, 19 Jun 2013PickupTrucks.com has gone and thrown the latest batch of half-ton pickups into a cage match to see who would come out on top. The site put the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, 2013 Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra and Nissan Titan through a battery of tests. Those included 0-60 miles per hour acceleration, 60-0 mph deceleration, fuel economy, a hill climb, and payload and towing. They even threw the rigs on an autocross course to evaluate overall handling. Each truck was given points based on how it scored in each evaluation.
Who came out on top? Somewhat surprisingly, the 2013 Ford F-150 walked away with the gold, though fewer than 50 points separated first and fourth place. Head over to PickupTrucks.com to read the full evaluation and the final results. You may be shocked to see exactly where some of the segment's newest additions placed. You can also watch a video on the test below.
Expect greater differentiation in GM's next-generation SUVs
Thu, 03 Jan 2013General Motors says its next-generation Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade models will offer shoppers improved interior differentiation. Car and Driver recently caught up with Chris Hilts, GM's creative manager of interior design, who said that the cabins will all feature unique instrument panels, consoles, center stacks and switchgear moving forward. Apparently GM is now aware that consumers may be bothered by the fact that today's $85,000 Escalade has effectively the same cabin as a $45,000 Tahoe. Hilts says SUV buyers want more refinement than their pickup purchasing counterparts - and those same buyers also want their SUVs to have more exterior differentiation between the company's Silverado and Sierra pickup lines. Shocking.
That all sounds good to us, but we've heard this song and dance before. GM made big waves about how different the new-for-2013 Silverado and Sierra would look from each other, but judging by what we've seen so far, GM's stylists are painting in shades rather than with the full spectrum.
