Rare 3/4 ton long bed.Has factory duel battery box plus duel fuel tanks.Tank in cab is good but reserve tank disconnected due to leak.Power sterring and heavy duty rear springs.Body and paint in good shape,not show quality but clean.Cab and front clip have been repainted.Bed has had some work down on it.When i bought,bed had dent on right side and left side someone had run bumper into left corner of bed.Have owned truck for ten years.Bought truck out of Arizona.Have not touched motor,tranny or any mechinal parts.Did replace caburetor with a edlebrock.Motor and tranny run ok,but plans were to pull out and rebuild.New shocks and dual exhaust.Took camper style mirrors off and replaced with sport style mirrors.All lights and gauges work.Only have put 3,000 miles on truck since purchased.If other questions please call 412-582-9008. GM recalling nearly 4,000 vehicles over airbag concerns
Thu, 31 Jan 2013Four different General Motors vehicles from the 2012 model year are being recalled over a potential airbag issue. The driver's side airbag shorting bar in the 2012 Buick Verano and 2012 Chevrolet Camaro, Cruze and Sonic might make contact with the airbag terminals, even during a crash. If so, the airbag won't deploy when it should, possibly increasing injury to the driver.
The recall is expected to begin on February 13 for the 3,896 units that might be affected. GM will notify owners who can then take their vehicles to dealers to have the airbag coil replaced. A bulletin from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration below has more info.

Survey says $25k barrier is a problem for EVs

The majority of consumers are more or less priced out of the market.
Electric cars are gaining popularity with the general public, but are they still too expensive? According to a survey 1,084 consumers by Navigant Research, a consulting firm located in Boulder, CO, 71 percent want their next car to cost under $25,000, while 41 percent won't go a cent above $20K. Looks like people are even thriftier than we'd originally thought.
