This is a SUPER sharp 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle. If you are looking for a very nice, hit the key, turn on the a/c, crank up the tunes and cruise around car...this is for you. It is equipped with a 350 backed up by a 350 trans that run and shift smoothly. It has ICE cold Vintage a/c (and heat of course). This car functions as well as I've ever experienced for a car of this age. All lights (headlights, tailights, blinkers, park lights, interior lights, etc...) work correctly. We did not restore this vehicle, but everything on it appears to be brand new. The exterior is gorgeous red with aluminum wheels, new tires, with all of the stainless and chrome in excellent condition. All glass is in excellent condition and windows roll up and down with ease. Under the hood is super clean. The best part of the exterior is the lack of rust. As you can see in the pictures this car is virtually rust free. I know that there really is no such an animal as a COMPLETELY rust free 41 year old car, but this is as close as it gets. We have found no signs of rust anywhere on this car. The inside is stunning custom interior. It has dual power seats, that both work!. Custom console with gauges, cd player, and speakers. Custom gauge cluster with speedo, tach, and gas gauge. Nice custom steering wheel. Dash, doorpanels, headliner, kickpanels, and rear package tray are covered in same material as seats. The only issues we have found on this car are: The tach does not work correctly and a few spots on the center console around the shifter where it looks as if they got the heat gun too close. If you want something that gets attention and is a joy to drive, this is for you. Please look at the pictures closely. We have taken pictures that should speak for themselves from about every angle. There is absolutley no way you can build this car for near the buy it now price. Feel free to ask questions by texting or calling 501-337-3792. Buyer is responsible for transporting of vehicle and the car is for sale locally therefore we reserve the right to end the auction at any time if the reserve has not been met.

Veyron and C7 Corvette join cast of Transformers 4
Wed, 29 May 2013Like the Fast & Furious franchise, the Michael Bay-directed series of Transformers movies has become known as much for its bad acting as its impressive lineup of cars. As filming just started for Transformers 4, Bay's website has confirmed two new cars for the next installment as well as a makeover for everyone's favorite tractor trailer hero, Optimus Prime.
Joining the cast of T4 are a "race-inspired" Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse. While Bay's website did not supply names for either car, Bugatti is reporting on its Facebook page that the Veyron will join the Autobots. Speaking of the good guys, top Autobot Optimus Prime is getting an all-new body based on a Western Star with a gaudy appearance that was seemingly inspired by Trick My Truck - right down to the six smoke stacks and side pipes!
Expect greater differentiation in GM's next-generation SUVs
Thu, 03 Jan 2013General Motors says its next-generation Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade models will offer shoppers improved interior differentiation. Car and Driver recently caught up with Chris Hilts, GM's creative manager of interior design, who said that the cabins will all feature unique instrument panels, consoles, center stacks and switchgear moving forward. Apparently GM is now aware that consumers may be bothered by the fact that today's $85,000 Escalade has effectively the same cabin as a $45,000 Tahoe. Hilts says SUV buyers want more refinement than their pickup purchasing counterparts - and those same buyers also want their SUVs to have more exterior differentiation between the company's Silverado and Sierra pickup lines. Shocking.
That all sounds good to us, but we've heard this song and dance before. GM made big waves about how different the new-for-2013 Silverado and Sierra would look from each other, but judging by what we've seen so far, GM's stylists are painting in shades rather than with the full spectrum. UAW to vote on strike at Kentucky Corvette plant
Tue, 08 Apr 2014The current wait time for a new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is well, not short. With word of a strike at the Bowling Green, KY factory responsible for seventh-generation sports car, though, that wait time could end up growing substantially.
Now, a strike is still a ways off. UAW Local 2164, which represents the 800 workers responsible for screwing the Corvette together, is set to vote on authorizing a strike today, but even if the employees give the action a go, it's far from a sure thing. According to The Tennessean, both regional and national union officials would need to put their stamp of approval on strike action.
"The membership has to vote to strike, but it's just a step in the process," said Gary Casteel, the UAW's Region 8 director and one of the people that would need to authorize a strike action. Casteel told The Tennessean, "It's purely a local situation, though. They are having some issues with the local management."
