Chevrolet Camaro Base on 2040-cars

For sale is a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro. It has a 327 v/8 and powerglide transmission. Interior is black with bucket seats and no console as it is automatic on column. Car has power steering but no power brakes. Brakes are drum. Car is pretty solid just needs redone. Has some rust spots as shown in pictures and has drivers floor rust out due to leaky master cylinder. Car runs and drives but needs attention on the brakes and carburetor. It has been in storage for quite a while. I bought it with intentions of redoing it but too many projects and realize now I will never get to it. It is a Camaro and deserves to be redone and cruise the road. It was originally a blue exterior but has been changed to red. Its a decent car that needs to be gone through- good foundation to start with. Trunk floor is really solid - glass is all good with exception being windshield with a crack in that. Interior needs to be freshened up- carpet is faded and headliner is in need of replacement but the car is 47 years old.

GM won't sell 2014 Chevrolet SS in Canada
Thu, 21 Feb 2013Allow us to be the first to extend our condolences to our friends to the north. General Motors has announced the 2014 Chevrolet SS will not be available in Canada. The Globe and Mail reports the automaker has confirmed the high-performance sedan won't hit Canadian dealers, though GM hasn't offered up any reasoning as to why that is.
Buyers here in the US of A, meanwhile, can look forward to getting their hands on the 415-horspower, rear-wheel drive SS by late summer. Something tells us it won't be long after that before Canadian officials start seeing individually imported 6.2-liter V8 four-doors in their neighborhoods. Fortunately, Canadian buyers will still be able to take home the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette. The C7 bowed at the Canadian International Auto Show last week, reportedly drawing sizable crowds and interest.

Mon, 17 Dec 2012They say "idle hands are the devil's playground," but said playgrounds grow to Disney-sized proportions when a pair of jacked-up trucks, two egos, a chain and an empty mall parking lot are involved. Proof of this is the video below, which shows a Cummins-powered Dodge Ram circa 2006 to 2008 chained tail-to-tail with what looks to be a gasoline-powered Chevrolet Silverado from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
We don't necessarily have to tell you who wins this battle, but we'll let you see for yourself the lengths the "winning" driver goes to prove his point. There's plenty of foul language in the video below, so beware that this might be Not Safe For Work, and not that we should have to tell you, but please, do not try this at home.
