2010 2SS Camaro with Transformers Kit
2SS Camaro with Custom engine. Built for a twin turbo kit. I have done several twin turbo cars and build parts for these but with little kids at home the toys have to go. Really nice car turns heads everywhere it goes. Sounds great! Awesome cam rumble and great power. Was initially built to handle 1200 H.P. twin turbos. I did the engine with the best of all parts. Now all it needs is a driver. You could easily bolt on a large supercharger kit or Turbo kit this engines ready.. Here's a list of just some of the parts here. Fired the car up put a tune on it and drove it to Naples Florida. Trouble Free!! And surprisingly got over 20MPG. Makes aprox 600H.P. as is. With some exhaust and intake mods could be really nasty. I am the second owner of this vehicle not sure why it says 4. New LS3 GM Performance Block PEP 4340 Crank Lightened good for 1250 H.P. Eagles High End H Beam Rods Weisco Turbo Pistons with Teflon Sides Hellfire Rings Clevite Bearings Comp Custom Ground Cam GM Performance Lifters and Oil Pump CNC Ported LS3 Heads with springs and severe duty valves Comp Push Rods Trunion Kit Too much to list engine easily would cost 10K to build with machine work and assembly. Not to mention tune and installation. |

New Bright creating exclusive 1:8 scale radio-controlled C7 Corvette
Mon, 04 Feb 2013If you want a new 2014 Chevrolet Corvette but can't quite save up enough pennies for the monthly payment, we have good news for you. Toymaker New Bright has pulled the covers off of its 1:8 scale remote-controlled version of the American sports car. Complete with a very detailed interior and LED headlights, this large-scale R/C is as close as most of us will ever come to having one of the menacing Chevrolet models to call our very own. New Bright still hasn't released pricing or availability, but word has it the coupe should hit the market soon.
Right now, it appears as if the C7 will hit shelves in Torch Red, though we don't know if other colors are planned as well. The good news is that New Bright isn't exactly turning its back on the old C6 - representatives say the company will continue to make its popular C6R racecar for those who prefer round taillights.
Toyota tops Kelley Blue Book's Resale Value Awards
Tue, 27 Nov 2012Kelley Blue Book announced its annual Best Resale Value Award winners, and we weren't too surprised to see the list dominated by Japanese automakers - mainly Toyota and Honda. KBB hands out the awards based on the projected residual value of mostly all 2013 model year vehicles, and Toyota skated home with a number of awards including 10 of the 22 overall categories and having five of its products in the top 10 for models with best resale value. KBB's Best Resale Value Awards were announced in the same week as the ALG Residual Value Awards, and there were many similarities between both lists, especially when it came to Toyota.
To come up with its winners, KBB measures depreciation over the first five years of ownership, and looks for the cars it expects to hold its value the best after this time; on average, the report says the 2013 model year vehicles will lose 61.8 percent of its value in five years. Of the 22 categories, 15 slots were filled by Toyota, Honda and Nissan products, while the Camaro and Porsche (Cayenne and Panamera) each took home a pair of awards. If Toyota has anything to be upset about in this list of cars, it's that categories for Hybrid/Alternative Energy Car and Electric Vehicle went to the Ford Fusion and Chevrolet Volt, respectively.
